The New "My Ticket is Delayed" Thread

If you have not received a ticket response within the 3-5 business day window, please post your ticket number here. If it is related to a late custom, please use this thread instead: Subliminal Club Reviews and Testimonials - Subliminal Club Reviews, Testimonials and Discussion

In the past, we’ve had to deal with individuals using these threads to “speed up” a ticket that is not delayed. Our system is now configured to spot this, and those who continue to do so will no longer be allowed to use these threads. It is necessary to ensure that truly late tickets are addressed as fast as possible.

Ticket #SC-171 from 4/22. It’s about including the full name in rebuilds, so it might be more of a you or Fire question @SaintSovereign

Urgent: Double Billing Error – Order #SC-310 (Unresolved)

Hi Support Team,

I am following up on my post from 4 days ago regarding Order #SC-310.
My account was charged $198 instead of the correct $99 due to what appears to be a system error that processed a duplicate order.
(26.05.2026)

I have yet to receive a response or a resolution. Could you please look into this and process the refund for the overcharge immediately?

It has now been 14 days since the double-billing error occurred on ticket : #SC-310 ($198 charged instead of $99), and I am still awaiting a response.

​To be transparent, the lack of communication at this stage is becoming unacceptable.

I would much prefer to resolve this directly with you, but if this is not settled within the next week,
I will have no choice but to initiate a chargeback with my credit card provider to recover the duplicate charge.

​Please look into this and process the refund immediately.

There is quite a backlog so today I’ll be going all in on support - if there are any refunds or account lockouts that I missed (not build related - those are sent to Q-Engineer) that have been waiting for a long time, hit me here.
