I am considering using even lower clicks like 1-3 clicks from 0 on phone speaker i know people usually do that on headphonew but this morning listening 3 clicks from 0 had me feeling some good sensations
Nevermind 5 clicks from 0 ill choose
Listened an extra 7 minutes of paragon so today its a total of 15 min paragon
Also listening to genesis mogul 15 min
Day after and no results to report wich is a dissappiointment,dont know why as its not like i have major recon didnt have nightmares just vivis dreams
I think ill just switch to headphones
I hope all this isnt for nothing

I would say, it’s the new recon technology. Before I tried the new experimental listening schedule with GLM recon on The Executive was very strong.
Yes, headphones, relativley high volume (60%). So that I can hear the birds realy good.

Interesting, my “tolerance” actually decreased drastically after adding new anti recon

i get anger recon from even listening at 50% lol
thats why i switched over to phone speakers,
or maybe phone speakers give less of an affect and thats why there’s less anger recon since the headphones make it go straight into my ears

About 6 or 7 clicks from 0
I dont know what it is maybe 15 minutes just isnt for me
I can listen 15 mins not get recon but not experience any results meanwhile at 3 minutes still no recon but more results
The only thing i experience is vivid dreams this is just so confusing for me

I remember a while ago listening 15 min paragon ultrasonic and getting results but now listening 15 min paragon via headphones and im not getting results,how does this make sense? Im not listening too loud only about half volume plus im not experiecing any hard recon symptons or stonewalling or overload just vivid dream that tells me theres processing going but no results
