Im going to reduce my listening volume by 1 click hope that relieves some recon and heaviness as yesterday i felt quite tired will be listening at 7 clicks from 0 now
This feels like a puzzle sometimes i hope anti recon/zpu lite can solve all this and i can just listen to full loops
This microloops nonsense is annoying especially when i have to be focused on other areas of my life
Iv decided to lower my volume all the way down to 3 clicks from 0

So after turning the volume down i can confirm that the nightmares did stop just hope the results can speed up now
Usually they show up a day after listening for me
havnt noticed much results unfortunatly hope tomorrows listen will be different
iv wasted so much time running into recon and overloading it hurts to think about i just want the subliminals to give me results

Now this can be surgical and can detail everything how i listen and should see a mistake easier hopefully God willing
well i still relapsed despite the spartan in my custom this time which is weird as usually spartan gets rid of my desire to pmo
what could it be thatās hindering my results? I havenāt got any recon nightmares so it cant be that
am i listening too quiet? it cant be that either because i could hear the subliminal and as far as i know as long as you can hear the water trickling your good
i just donāt know why Iām not getting the same results this time, hopefully another loop will sort this out
My next options are either increase the click by 1 and listen 4 clicks from 0 or take a rest day listen again and see what happens
