Ok so iv listened to 2 minutes 30s of my custom today and 4 min 30s of paragon and gradually increasing my custom listening time by 30s each time, my main goal right now is to heal my hormones as my testosterone and libido are dead, so to help my custom has sps endocrine system and also sps reproductive system

I have recently become interested the bodies energy systems but i dont know what its all made of for e.g sexual energy,ki,qong,chakras what do i have to do to reach my maximum potential inwardly and outwardly? I want to max out my energy systems if that makes sense chakras,ki what ever you call it but i dont know alot about the inner stuff.

I have heard that sexual energy is all energy though,maybe because it can help to max out other stuff like chakras and ki?

Also there has been the issue where i may do an accidental listen but u solved it by just deleting and re installing music player when i need to
