Dont know how but im getting nightmare recon from 1 minute of paragon
Is it because i did 3 day washout instead of 5?
Before i could listen 3 minutes and get results now when i do that i dont get results so can only handle 1 minute loops dont know why this is happening but at least paragon is getting updated now so hopefully thag will fix the issue
Anyways hope i can still get full results from just 1 minute

No but do count my on and off days and washout days in my notes
You might want to start writing an unfiltered journal of your thoughts, if not online at least offline so you can see what’s going on

Dont know if im sensitive to subliminals or if im listening too loud or what im only listening 8 clicks from 0 out of 15 on my samsung but i did get nightmares from just 1 minute 30s i want to go all the way up to 15 minutes so i can get the full scope of results not just healing some parts i want to heal everything
man i just want the pyhsical shifting subs to be updates but seems like thats gonna be 2027 lol
