Thank u for the tips and help! I have tried love LBFH was one of the first subs i kinda tried. Now im trying to get the hang of how other people are using them. I got this depression that haunts me, and insecurities and trauma ghosts poppin from time to time. Hopefully ill find my way

Self forgiveness and being good to yourself is a good place to start. Life’s had enough, dont need to be ahead on yourself, coz. Just giving your permission to make make mistakes or to do better next time can make a world of difference.
Shadow work, journaling and counting your wins are also good habits to build.
