Million Dollar Luther šŸ¤‘

Linguini, fettuccini, capellini, rotini, tortellini, kundalini… all the same shit.

Honestly, I’m not sure why people are obsessed with this pasta.

I might run Inner Circle and consciously guide it to manifest people who are culinary.

I need a bunch of friends that make me food and feed me. Lmao.

Like, I’ll go workout and they can just feed me all my meals. LMAO.

Texted someone in my phone, lol.

Me: Hey whatsup. You cook, right?

Her: Sort of… why?

Me: Like, what do you make?

Her: Uhh I can make tacos, chicken fajitas, tuna pasta, steak

Me: Damn, that’s really hot. Do you have some leftovers or something like that? I know this is weird, but I just worked out and I’m kind of hungry.

Her: Wtf lol.

Me: So I’m just supposed to starve? Damn, bruh. You gon’ do me like this?

Me: Chill, I’m joking LMAO.

Me: Can I pull up?

35 minutes later

Her: I’m not even home.

That 35 minutes wait time though, lol.

I see how it is with folks. Say less.

I’m going to start raiding everyone’s fridge. Everyone that’s in my contacts list.

I NEED GAINZ BRA.

I’m getting really big man. LOL

Gaining water weight from creatine and on a bulk diet. The more you workout the more you need to eat. My body starts starving for dense carbs, protein, fats, etc for recovery. I am literally /kirby. If you’re my friend, you will come home late from work and find me rummaging through your fridge and go ā€œwtf Lutherā€ and I will turn to look at you, mumble with a mouthful of food ā€œneed moar gainzā€, give a guttural grunt and then go back to rummaging through your fridge. Climbing through your cabinets with an impressive display of dexterity, looking for anything calorie dense to feed my muscles with. I can probably eat 5000 calories, no joke. I am probably overestimating though, lmao. I used to track calories but it was too ADHD for me. Too much work. I don’t like all this neat and tidy ā€œexcuse me sir, can putting this itty bitty amount of food on a weight scaleā€ā€¦ I just grab a handful of meat and slam it down. Spare me all that other bullshit. I pretty much just workout and overeat. It’s who I am and what I’ve become. I manage to keep low body-fat but I attribute that to staying away from alcohol, bad sugar, eating clean and getting really good nutrition. I eat stuff like salmon regularly. Really good for your skin by the way.

yeah that Ashwagandhi

I recently added milk thistle to my supplement stack, lol, think it might be underrated

Never underestimate placebo, lol. If there’s one thing that I learned, it’s that the mind is very powerful

I consider my personality archetype to be what I call a QoLer, lol.

Basically, I’m after the highest quality of life and experience possible on planet earth.

Health, fitness, sex life, relationships, wealth, etc.

The quickest route to a higher quality of life is health.

Mental health, emotional health, physical health and spiritual health.

This is why I’m so obsessed with health and wellness.

You will never see me slow down, I’m like a QoL robot that’s constantly trying to improve its experience. Improving everything step by step.

This stuff gets me high because my life experience gets better as a result. There is no higher value and fulfillment than something that makes your life better, more enjoyable and more amazing. It’s the highest ROI.

This is why I stay away from crappy nonsense, because it lowers your quality of life. I want to maximize my experience here. It’s the most addictive thing ever because when you make your life better, you get the highest level of dopamine which just makes you want more. It’s like an endless loop of heaven and ecstasy.

People think that physical fitness and wellness is a hobby, like nope lol.

This is self-love. Health is self-love and self-care. You’re treating yourself with compassion.

Take care of yourself, love yourself, feel awesome, be vibrant, enjoy life. Breathe in that fresh oxygen and kick ass like there’s no tomorrow.

If you do subliminals, intention or affirmations, etc to become healthier, then your subconscious mind will guide you to what’s best for you.

This happens to me all the freaking time, lol.

Like, say I have a goal where I want to develop my fitness and go to the next level. My subconscious mind just starts guiding me automatically. Go here, consider this, make these workout routine changes, look at these supplements, eat this, don’t eat that. I’m literally on autopilot. Flow state.

This is what has happened to me in the past few weeks.

I made all the adjustments I needed and I’m just improving that area of my life to a higher quality. I just keep improving more and more too.

Your mind is powerful man, lol.

I can do this without subliminals but if you use subliminals, it’s the exact same thing.

Your subconscious mind will just guide you to whatever is best for you to improve your health based on your needs. That’s because it knows what is best for you.

The shit is fun too, I mean like come on. It’s like you’re playing a video game and your life keeps getting better, you just go with the flow. LMAO.

I love this shit man, hahaha

godd bless

ā€œYo Luther. Why don’t you want more power, dominance and status?ā€

Most people’s goals are to be the top 1%.

My goal is to be the top 0.00001%.

#levels

Most people lack this understanding:

Imagine you have 2 people.

Person A and Person B.

They both lived to age 80 and died.

Now watch this, lol.

Me: If you had to choose between reliving one of their lives, who would you pick? Person A or Person B?

You: Who had the better quality of life overall? Person A or Person B?"

Me: How do you determine that?

Me: Wait, let me guess.

Who had more status? Who had more sex? Who had more power? Who had more influence? Who had more dominance? Who had more money? Who slept with hotter women? Who had the nicer cars? Who lived more luxuriously? Who had more respect from people? Who was better looking? Who had better genetics?

All of these things apply to Person A.

You: Well then. Obviously, I’ll pick Person A… I mean duh.

Me: Are you sure?

You: Yeah… why?

Me: Because Person A was miserable for 70% of his entire life. He was a drug addict and tried to commit suicide multiple times.

You: Oh shit.

Okay so here’s the lesson.

Choosing Person A is absolutely logical. If Person A has more of all of those things compared to Person B, then the likelihood that he had a superior quality of life, is extremely high.

The lesson is… that it’s not 100%. It’s just probability and likelihood.

That’s inefficient.

Especially when there is a 100% full proof way of determining who had a better quality of life.

How Luther? Spill the beans, goddamit!

top secret

Instead of focusing on assets, wealth, lifestyle, status, power, influence, etc…

Instead of focusing on what a person has, what a person has achieved, manifested or done…

Instead of focusing on what they’ve given, provided, received, or created…

You only have to look at one thing.

To objectively determine someone’s quality of life. 100% full-proof.

You look at their internal experience.

Who experienced more bliss, love, positivity, well-being, happiness and joy? Who is on a higher wavelength for most of the time?

Look at their emotional scales.

That’s the most objective indicator for quality of life.

It’s your frequency, wavelength, vibration, etc. Whatever you want to call it.

One of the biggest contributors to that is health. Physical, mental, spiritual and emotional health.

I don’t know though, that’s just my opinion lol.

I’m not big on power, dominance and status.

I find ultimate joy, happiness, fulfillment and enrichment in being healthy. Having self-love. Having purpose, being connected to people, enjoying moments, exploring my individuality, spending time with loved one’s, appreciating things, being grateful, etc.

I don’t need to dominate people or get validation to feel satisfied, I get more dopamine from having a sip of water.

These ā€œpowerā€ dynamics in society are based on a co-creation where one side is dumbed down.

I find more enrichment in empowering people rather than perpetuating or playing upon their self-perceived lack of power to create my reality.

I believe in win-win situations.

Finding enrichment in empowering others, might be the pinnacle of power when you really think about it.

You have so much power, that you don’t even care about others having more… in fact, it’s something you want.

If you want to make others more powerful, then that must mean you have A LOT of power.

Weak power = I have power but I need to maintain it otherwise people can take it away. I need people who are less powerful than me to give me more power. I must maintain the balance of power in my favor. I need to cultivate more power.

11/10 power = I have too much power. Like, you know what? Become more powerful, it doesn’t affect me. Here you go. Let me help you with that.

I have competitive drive but I channel it all into QoL lol.

Self-Improvement is the greatest competition. The toughest battles are the ones you have with yourself.

I view life like an RPG video game. The more you expand and go ā€œupā€, the more you reach higher levels and the more you enjoy the game.

What is wrong with men, man. How did they become so weak. 9/10 men are addicted to porn.

I think it’s because they make their progression relative to the people and norms around them - which are so abysmally low that just thinking about it is unsettling.

You have to leave the norms and relativity, pave your own way and set a new standard for yourself that is light years ahead of everyone else.

I used to want fame, status and validation. Then I figured out that the respect of sheep is only valuable to those who don’t get respect.

It loses all of its value when you’re in the shark tank. Next thing you know, you’re with the sharks and they’re looking at your character. They’re looking at your cloth.

Bare bones. With nothing but your wit. Your mind. Your soul. Raw as fuck. Are you who you are? Or are you who you think you are?

The difference between the noobs and the sharks, is that the sharks level up where it matters. Different level of competition, ambition and growth. Prioritizing the things that people are too afraid to prioritize.

If life is the RPG video game, then people with porn/social media/nonsense addictions are the noobs. The low level players, lol. Tutorial zone shit, lmao.

It’s extremely judgement but it’s realistic. There’s no way you can do shit and be at a certain level. You can’t go into the next zone with that, lol. There’s like an invisible barrier. It’s in the game codes.

These guys are too comfortable. Wayyyy too comfortable.

The bar is set too low.

Leave the tutorial zone and become a fucking monster.

Set the new standard, set the new bar. That’s your responsibility as a man.

Your job as a man is to grab the goal post, yank it out of the soil and throw it 10 yards. It’s not to do fucking limbo with it.

You wanna be a rebel? You wanna be a badass?

Get healthy. Heal your traumas. Find your purpose. Face your dark side. Become your best self. Live your best life. Acknowledge your power. Love yourself. Shift to a higher awareness. Explore your spirituality.

The separation is your self-development. The pinnacle of a man is how many journeys you’ve gone through within yourself, not what you’re able to amass in the external.

This is really a game, you have to level up and progress. Then you get access to more dopamine and unlock better experiences.

If you don’t evolve, then you go extinct.

What are the health benefits of Anandamide?

Anandamide is sometimes called the ā€œbliss moleculeā€ because of its ability to stimulate feelings of happiness in the brain. Our Anandamide blend is often recommended to promote mental wellbeing, stress reduction, and cognitive clarity. Anandamide is also believed to support pain management, a controlled appetite and an improved state of sexuality and fertility.

Reading that page, look at the ingredients:

ā€œIngredients: Raw Cacao, Tocos, Ashwagandha Extract, Maca, Reishi, Mucuna Pruriens Extract, Rose Petals, Moringa, Astragalus Extract, Cinnamon, Turmeric, Cayenne, Cardamom, Black Pepper, Himalayan Sea Salt, Loveā€

LOL

Exactly, quite a mix, but many of them are just regular stuff like Cinnamon, Turmeric, Black Pepper, etc.
