500mg in a capsule?

Oh god, so one has to swallow 6 pills for 3g? This is why I like powder, lol. 2-3g in 1 scoop mixed in water easy.

That many pills is just so inefficient. Some people have no problem swallowing pills but for me I don’t know why I find it annoying and inconvenient. Especially if you’re taking multiple supplements, then that’s a shit ton of pills.

like if there was a supplement that had insane benefits but you had to swallow 6 pills… I still wouldn’t take it lol

Having to swallow 6 pills would be such a drag that it would decrease my quality of life in a way that outweighs any benefits. LMAO

I mix 1-3g (intuition and still experimenting) with 5g creatine in water. I consume this in the morning with a light meal. If I’m working out then 30 min before a workout

It’s alright in my opinion lol

I guess the main benefit is increased endurance, I don’t think it will help me much

I don’t know, the ROI seems low. The ROI of Taurine for example, is insane

Do you take Cordyceps? If so, how does it help you? Is it worth the money and time spent mixing/ingesting it?

Cordyceps I feel like is just redundant because I already have atp energy from creatine, I have bloodflow/nitric oxide and I’m more or less satisfied with my performance

My biggest thing is recovery (so that I can workout more LOL) or just high ROI benefits in general

I see you taking this spiriluna, I have considered it like a week ago or at least some type of green supplement

Honestly hard to say. I am taking so many supplements that sometimes I have a hard time say which one does what?
But I agree that are probably better supps on the market than Cordyceps.

I would say, that improving recovery is mostly about having a good sleep. Which I am currently trying to do so. But for better handling stress are good adaptogens. My favorite so far is Rhodiola, and then there are Eleuthero which is Siberian ginseng, and Panax ginseng which is Korean ginseng.

Also better testosterone level means better recovery and more energy. For that:
//TESTOSTERONE
Cistanche
tongkat ali
pine pollen - alcohol extract tincture
lactobacillus reuteri - taking before food
royal jelly
sorghum - cirok

Spirulina and Chlorella are good for many things.
First of all, it has many B vitamins including B6 and B12, then minerals and it can bind heavy metals from your body and detoxify it.
Another substance that you can look at is Shilajit.

Those values RHR and HRV from my sheet are crucial indicators of how is your recovery going.
You want RHR lower and HRV higher.
For that, I am taking NMN which is a form of B3 that helps with energy production.
You can look on youtube for David Sinclair and NMN but this is another rabbit hole. But this stuff is for older guys and I am not sure if this NMN will do something for you.
But for the recovery and energy definitely Rhodiola Rosea. It was used by Russian athletes.

Many times I woke up somehow groggy but after I took Rhodiola I could exercise later without any problems.

But like I said for recovery is crucial sleep. Try to optimize this.

Ashwagandha is also good for recovery because it lowers cortisol which is good for your sleep and also the production of testosterone. But there is a downside to it. After some time on Ashwagandha, you can become somehow anhedonic, because it slightly modifies your serotonin levels.

And definitely taking Boron 3mg and Zinc 15-30mg a day is beneficial for testosterone.

And with Reishi before sleep, you will have a very good sleep. My best result was 91/87 from using it but the downside is that it lowers DHT which you do not want. But maybe take it just occasionally.
You can also try before sleep,
Apigenin
Lemon balm
L-theanine
Do not take melatonin directly

Actually Taurine should be also beneficial to take before sleep, so far never tried that, but definitely will do.

Approaching is not asking for their number.

Approaching is “you gave me an IOI, let me help you with that.”

For me that’s never verbal, it’s purely energy. Energy through eye contact, gaze and intention.

When I approach, my expression reciprocates what their (the woman) comfort is and what they (the woman) feel. I am accommodating them.

That is what an approach is.

An approach is where you as a man, take her IOI and allow her to express it further.

Most men approach based on what their (the man) comfort is and what they (the man) feel. This is the man’s biggest mistake. This is why empathy is so important in seduction. This is why it’s absolutely vital to open up. You can’t be operating from a closed off frame or try to impose your frame. Seduction is less about frame control and more about reciprocation, understanding and communication that acts as a gateway/bridge for attraction to be facilitated. Allowing indicators of interest to be explored.

When you approach a woman, the only thing you’re doing is giving her permission to “go on”. An approach is based around her desire energy, not yours. That is the key to extremely high success rate in approaches.

The attraction or interest that you show is meant to give her permission.

Most men think “hey she’s hot, let me try to get her number”.

My thinking is “how deep does your IOI go”. Sometimes it’s really deep and leads to a number. Sometimes it leads to making out on the spot but only in appropriate environments (where people have been drinking, lol).

Basically when women given you an IOI, they might be sexually attracted to you but have social stigma, inhibitions and fear of approaching.

When you approach, your job is to allow her sexual attraction to flourish towards you without the social stigma, inhibitions and fear of approaching.

That’s all it is. Approach is nothing more than an exploration. You aren’t really pursuing anything, you’re facilitating. However, pursuit often times can be facilitation.

This is also why I tell people to only approach women that give you IOI’s. It means you naturally approach from an understanding which automatically creates a frame of self-worth. Zero neediness.

@Achilles? Is that you?

Yeah, that is me I am transgender. I felt for a long time like Conan the barbarian inside me but on the outside I was Achilles. I said I have enough and need to go out with my true identity and here we are.

If you’re concerned about that, taking garlic extract or even simply eating garlic inhibits the TMAO effect

But there’s a previous step before that isn’t there? Being present, allowing your energy to be picked up with women. That itself can be a bit like approaching on an energetic level. If you don’t give them something to respond to you’re pretty much invisible.

The reason why this is so crazy to me, is that after spiritual development you kind of realize that well, all of the power/knowledge, etc is inside you.

It’s “just you”. The Dragon Scroll is perceived as this thing that gives you power when in reality it merely shows that you are that power. The power of the Dragon Scroll is by giving you that realization/understanding. Another interesting thing is it’s something you have to be “ready” for.

That alone is insane. Even the dialogue is strange

Po: “Wait… what happens when I read it?”

Shifu goes on to say:

" legend says you will be able to hear a butterfly’s wing beat."

“And see light in the deepest cave. You will feel the universe in motion around you.”

In some bizarre way, these actually line up with the esoteric meaning of increased mindfulness and awareness.

Oogway plays the character of the wise teacher (spiritual leader).

A very esoteric/spiritual concept in a pg rated family comedy that I’ve watched a few times in my youth, but now interpreted very differently. The parallels are so fascinating because I don’t think they’re intended.
