that’s a lot of anti-fatigue, did you even get tired?

In fact, in the end, I did two more exercises 3 sets each (6 in total) that I planned and then I was like will do some stretching and go to have lunch but did another two exercises 4 series and even after that I was like I can maybe do something more but I had to stop myself that it was enough.

So it probably allows you to have more effective reps and more volume

With every exercise, I could increase weight or reps. Just amazing. But I listen to Lots for the second cycle so this is probably the main reason.

all of the fitness QoLing is side project

I always have 1 main goal that takes 75% of my time/energy and a 2nd side goal that is like 25%.

One would think from reading my journal that fitness is my main goal, but its not, it’s only what I’m journaling about hahaha

main goal + side QoLing, that way I’m always leveling up in some form, no matter what

My goal for May is to make 80k and double my workout volume/level up fitness

Latter is going well…

80k on the other hand… I don’t know LMAO. Let’s just say we are 6 days into the month and I’m like 5% there. We’ll see what happens. To be fair, I’ve just been in learn mode, I haven’t done anything exciting. After this weekend, I will have learned everything, done all the theory and May 8-31 will be good ol’ pure action mode. That is when things will most likely get crazy
