Ran a 45 min loop of RM:Vibes St 1 a few days ago.
Noticed I’ve been practicing making short loops of lead guitar melodies over chord progressions.
Today I analysed a song I really enjoy at the moment to learn certain things.
I need to work through more of the success type mindset blocks before seeing better results. So far so good!
Gonna stay on WB for another cycle before adding or switching out for St 4.
Been a great journey on WB, I’ve gone from hiding on online dating with no success to getting more and more motivated to master in person social skills, conversation and game. I’m lucky to be in the position in life that I’m in right now because I can afford to change up my life entirely. The biggest result I’ve gotten has been rebelling societal expectations and going for music as my purpose even if I’m not quite bold enough yet. But I will develop into that person in time. It’s been a very humbling and surprising experience. 10/10

After running Renaissance Man: Vibes (only a 45 sec loop) I’m feeling so much more confident in my producing and songwriting abilities. It’s like i’m guiding myself to make the song exactly how I intend it to be from my intuitive sense of music. I’ve since been writing and producing a tune that is definitely some of my best work. More so I feel like i can make it in the music industry and i’ve always already had the capability too, I just needed some help with mentality and organising my creative process. Far more focused and less ‘messy’ in the process. Applying my knowledge in a far better manner too.

@RVconsultant As I hear music in my daily life, I find myself breaking it down in my head. For instance how they’ve structured the song, what is the melody doing e.t.c. Then I’ve found myself recalling elements of songs I really liked when listening and creatively stealing them to add into my own in a creative way.
I had the knowledge prior but when programming a drum groove for my song, it was more intuitive and execution was far better. Less overthinking, trusting my musical decisions.
Fear of failure seems to be popping up so seems that’s being worked on.
On a 2 week washout and hating my life currently. The recon isn’t even that intense but taking responsibly to move past comfort zones has been internally challenging. But keep going and things will shift!
During a recent quest, I found that missing key.
Act as if and stop complaining.
Fuck this whole mindset, it’s boring me.
I am good enough regardless of outcome!
‘You’re like a ghost, haven’t seen you in ages…’
Officially hit the end of 3rd cycle and at the start of a washout for WB.
Since the hypnotherapy sessions, now I’m not sub hoping and sticking to one direction.
Also finished a song today so rewarded myself.
Finished washout.
Decided I’m going to commit to 3 cycles of Wanted Black + RM: Vibes as the next phase of growth.
And will test out 1 week on, 1 week off to keep productivity stable.
I keep getting pulls towards running ascension but i’m going to interpret that as things are healing around my internal sense of power and so forth, or my mind trying to escape topics from being reconciled. I’m obviously not going to quit because sticking to something for 6 cycles is the main goal here.
Feel like I’ve been in a prison my whole life and I’m finally breaking free.
After 3 cycles of WB, I’m now starting a new journey on Genesis + Vibes st1 and Paragon.
Vibes st 1 so far…
What a difference between the last time I collaborated with my mate and from today’s. We are both just as enthusiastic with a song I wrote on Vibes and it’s going to become a weekly or every two week couple of hours working on it.
It was more of a 50/50 collab where we worked on mine, I realised what I need to work on for next time and then worked on his project for just as long. It was less about me and more about the music in that sense which made everything so much more enjoyable. My mate had a great time too.
On his project it was more about recording sounds for layering and my creative ideas for what things to use around the house always seem to add to it and it inspired his ideas too like a perfect back and forth bounce of creativity that enhanced eachothers projects massively.
I need to definetly work on my performance as my songwriting is so much better currently but that two combined to high standard would be incredible and make the whole process 10x easier. It’s really just a case of undoing bad habits of practice and being more focused as a whole.
As I was walking home, I remember thinking ‘that was an incredibly healing experience for both of us’. and I always hated collaborating with people but I know that was just an attitude thing of being too closed off to the other persons ideas so to speak. It felt really open and natural. I also now feel that we’ll end up with two amazing tracks as we work on them more and more.
The plan is to grow into running St4 vibes next year and Genesis will really help bring the momentum I need and the energy.
and the cherry on top is that my friendships will grow really close now because of this shift and connecting over writing music together.
