I created a ticket #34672 for Custom Order #2031237 to change module. Although the order is processed, not sure if there is way for it? You can support and answer via the ticket

Order #2031316 was placed on February 25, 2026 and is currently Processing.

The customs are delivered by email. EVERYONE: You can also use the Custom Locator tool at https://customlocator.subliminalclub.com with your order number and first name to access your downloads. @Psiklou – I just checked there, yours are available for download.

I will return tomorrow (recovering from sickness) to handle all of these, but PLEASE check the custom locator tool first and let me know if you were able to download them.

I didn’t receive download links for the last three customs I ordered (checked spam folder). I use to but I don’t receive them anymore, neither the confirmation email after purchasing customs. I still receive the marketing email though.

I tried the link with the custom #2031339 it works with the full name but custom #2031336 works with just first name not with full name and send an error message.

But anyway trying a few variations first name, full name and it works I have them now.

I create a support #35729 to ask about my order. I made the order in BUILD: Zero Point Terminus, but the mp3 file name contain the word Standard, not Terminus.

Please check if it is indeed build in wrong BUILD: Zero Point Standard, kindly rebuild my custom in BUILD: Zero Point Terminus

Old system ticket confirms build type is Terminus, Standard refers to delivery speed. This is very confused for me when seeing Standard in name-embedded custom file name: Standard Build Type or Standard Delivery Speed? Standard is very generic.

So I submit a ticket: #SC-78 in new system to request for file name change and update in qOS system

@SaintSovereign @RVconsultant Hello I am inquiring about order #2031598 it was placed on 4/8 and it was express order.

Main reason I am inquiring about it is because when I made the custom the first time it seemed to have glitched on me saying that I needed to select a “Delivery Time” even though I had selected express, and when I selected standard delivery just to see if it would solve the glitch the price showed that I had express service, so I just refreshed the page and restarted the process. Everything ended up working fine, Express, Solace, and the 2 modules are all showing up. Just want to make sure another glitch didnt happen on my end that I cant see.

If it happens to be an issue with timing and workload then it’s all good as I understand these things can happen from time to time, and its no big deal as I know yall will get it out to me as soon as it can be done.

I ordered a custom rebuild on April 2 Order Number: #2029821

Also sent a ticket on April 15 *Ticket Number: #SC-143

The order still shows as processing so I wanted to see if there were any issues. The original build was Terminus Squared but I’d like the rebuild to be in Standard instead.

I was on the fence regarding if I should go with a rebuild as the cost effective option or make a new custom and take the chance to swap out a few modules. If changing the build strength is out of the scope for rebuilds, please let me know and I’ll be happy to put in a separate order for a new custom.
