Slowly noticing the physical shifting in this program too.
It’s mild, but noticeable.
My body is beginning to sculpt in a more masculine and harmonious form, also a bit of muscle toning.
Muscles are more “outspoken” if you will.
I’m about to purchase some creatine (for the first time ever) and focus next months on disciplined weekly workouts to see what it can do if I actively train the body and muscle while giving them the proteins and nutrients for growth.
I have this subconscious feeling I’m able to subconsciously sculpt my body any way I like and that my body will fall inline with that.
I had a lot of turbulent ups and downs last few years which caused a bit of nervous exhaustion and burning myself out. So I want to go slow in building my health and physical endurance.
In the past I often made the mistake to forcefully and wilfully exercise myself into extremes which only lead to further exhaustion after the output of however much energy I expended.
Now I want to slowly increase my levels of physical endurance so that it becomes stable and profound.
Never exhausting myself completely and always leaving some “gas in the tank” for recovery and to rebuild my energies as I rest instead of over-exhausting myself.
This also comes with a natural inclination towards the diet that supports this process more without resistance.
Almost a constant hunch to love good and health building foods while detesting crappy foods and feeling repelled by them.
Feeling motivated to build my dream physique.
This is only the beginning…
Heaven is in the journey! ~ G So I shall enjoy the process fully instead of waiting for happiness to arrive only during temporary accomplishments!
I wish the best to everyone reading this, trust yourself and know that you can do it too!
