There are no official recommendations for v2 as of yet. I would encourage you to run 1 loop and then wait a day to see how it effects you. Then re-evaluate.

So… i used Love bomb ultima v2 today, and i just got approached by 2 neighborhood cats mewing at me outside,
does the script manifest animals too? one of the cats didnt stop rubbing my foot.
i think this sub is so strong it attracts anything with a pulse lolll

@SaintSovereign - Regarding Ultima+, maybe the aura and other components of the Ultima+ will be able to last a week.
Either that or we could have a different 10 minute file that is a booster. So we get Libertine+ (Standard) and Libertine+ Booster, the latter to be used before going out. Must admit this might complicate things especially for making Ultima+ customs.
The way around it is to put the booster in the standard Ultima+. As in have the first 10 mins of Libertine+ (for example) be a booster so that we need to just play the first 10 mins before going out. And play the full track once a week for long-term effects.

I noticed this thing in myself, whenever I am wasting time or I mess up something, I run towards subliminals, thinking them as a good deed. I think it’s based upon the “magic pill” thinking. I fool myself that running subs will compensate whatever I’ve done wrong.
But the matter of fact is, I still have to do the work necessary, either I have subs on or not. Another thing that happens a lot is thinking that subs will change my mindset.
I don’t think even you guys can build a subliminal that can build a strong mindset while sitting on a couch.
