Interesting… I am starting my washout soon, and will experiment with this method on my next cycle.

Custom 1 - Love Bomb + Sanguine
Custom 2 - Khan Black 4 + Paragon Sleep
Main Store 3 - Limitless

I’ll do all three, starting at 1 min each, daily with intermittent breaks once or twice a week, and see how it feels. Maybe some days I’ll drop Custom 2 or Limitless, to keep my processing queue lighter.

This might not work out, as my customs are considerably denser than a main store title, which is why I’m starting at 1 min, but let’s see how it goes. I’m interested in this momentum piece and I feel it now even, as I feel the effects of any particular sub the most on the day I listen to it, and it dissipates as the days go by until it comes up again on the recommended listening pattern for 3 subs.

This idea interesting maybe i cant run every day, 3 minutes subs but it could be 3min one day and other day just around 30secs but it’s interesting I will try this one

Sorry I know you’re asking Saint, but I can say that it has helped me with that. Instead of feeling envious I feel happy for people, and instead of feeling apathetic I feel bad for people who are suffering in any way. The empathy of LB is what seems to help with that. Also, I’ve been reading the book “Existential Kink” and yeah I think you should check it out.

Nah. LBFH “scatters” it because LB focuses deep on the self and LBFH pushes the aura outward. Since he’s working on intense self-love, it’d be best to just keep the focus on one thing.

Working on nothing but my self love and self worth. Feels like it’s going to take forever but it’s what I have to do. Like I have said before , I feel that ninety to probably ninety five percent of the issues I have had in my life could have been avoided had I loved myself. I don’t want to make the similar mistakes again.

I don’t allow myself to just have joy. I’m constantly comparing my life and situation to other people. It makes me myself and the only way I can think of to eradicate that is to learn to love myself to my core.

That and I am not an assertive person. I take far too much from people. I don’t set or establish firm boundaries. It’s as if people can sense my love of self worth.

I do this in my mind in a self talk way. And I do this whenever I listen to a ZP title, whenever I remember about my objectives throughout the day and whenever I look at my vision board while listening to Ascension Chamber.

The more often you do this, the stronger the intention is that you are sending to your subconscious mind is.
The stronger the intention is, as the more important the subconscious mind will consider the input.
This is like with doing rituals. All that framework of a ritual is only there to symbolically send a strong signal to the subconscious mind so that this input is considered as “much more important” than the input of your regular day.

I am doing a similar thing…except I dont recite all the affirmations/scripts…I made a slogan/catchphrase base on those affirmations…I just repeat the slogan from time to time…I do notice the thought process is changing and when I make a decision on certain subject…those will
pop up too…but I havent seen any big changes yet…how long have you been using this method ？have you made the big shift yet ？ :smiley:

an interesting manifestation happened…so recently I was thinking，I want to make some extra money for my traveling…what should I do ？have no idea…but today，out of blue ，some one approached me and offered me a part time job……well ，I didn’t accept it …cuz it is time consuming and I have other things to do….still，it is a good beginning though…. :smiley: :smiley:

Here is one thing Love Bomb does: it raises your deserve level. You start feeling that you deserve more.
When you feel you deserve more from life, you start looking for more. When you start looking for more, your attention starts finding opportunities that were always there but that you were never aware of. Once you’ve noticed those opportunities, you easily go after them because YOU KNOW YOU DESERVE THEM. Limiting beliefs, fears, and doubts don’t stand in your way anymore and things manifest easily.

Like I said before “self-love” is a manifestation accelerant".

@ksub, I began this post last night, and finished it this morning. I’ve been unmercifully hard on myself, and I’m running Emperor and LB presently.

I’m just seeing (and feeling) how hard I’ve been on myself. I’m facing my own cruelty towards myself.

Just part of me wonders “Could I ever love myself again?” I’m just posting this without all the answers.

Been there. A few years ago I deeply despised myself. I was just a fat, depressed, jobless pornaddict.
Weight didn’t change. But I did.
I now have a lovely fiancee, a first minijob, beat my pornaddiction and I started to embrace selflove. And that’s just the beginning.

You changed so much in the last couple of weeks. If I can make it, you can aswell.

@subliminalguy Sorry you’re going through that pain. We can be some of the most cruel and critical individuals in our lives towards ourselves.

For some of us giving love to ourselves is like trying to learn to ride a bike for the very first time. This is what I’m learning in my own life. So when it seems like love is impossible, the hard fact is I just haven’t practiced it enough. That’s really it. I’m gonna fall and it’s gonna be wonky as hell for a bit. But eventually it’ll be natural, I know it.

I think sometimes there’s a sort of lack of understanding from people who got this early self love mechanism embedded in them at a young age. It seems obvious and natural and they’d wonder why anyone else wouldn’t think like them. But it wasn’t a conscious choice to be that way towards ourselves.

Anyway I just want to say you’re not alone. I know how difficult this gets, hope things start getting better for you.
