I had to quit HS, has in the end it proved to be a bad sub for me.

It brings the issues to your attention, so you can consciously fix them.
Subs are awesome, but without conscious and active work they won’t take away your anxiety, obsession, neediness, or lack of self love.
They can promote calmness, detachment, self reliance, and self love, but those things won’t pop up out of thin air.
Coming to a place where you can have healthy relationships isn’t only about manifesting your soul mate, it is also about doing the work to love yourself, have boundaries, know your worth, and not expect a relationship to fix your life (imo a misstep in the Heartsong sub, which the producers have said “soul mate manifestation” is the major focus of the sub, and why ouroborous suggested a “Heartsong From Within” title for self love)
Ran a single loop before release of aoh so i ended replacing it with aoh.
Didnt expect much from a single loop just to see how the sub feels, and actually it did manifest someone i enjoy talking to, and i dont want sex right now but a deeper connection, i can see NSE healing at work i didnt expect this to happen from a single loop, very pleasant.
Was it someone already in your environment from before? Or was it a brand new person you haven’t even seen once in your life?

A very lovely and good person, a decade younger than me but connected quite deeply and very quickly, talking about deep personal topics after few days the type of things people dont even talk years into the relationship.
A single microloop not even a cycle just 1 loop.

And typically it takes months of playing a sub to really start seeing results.
But what worries me especially when connecting deep with someone is if they are not really that soulmate spark afterall meant for me even tho we are quite compatible, then i end up hurting someone badly even tho i didnt want that to happen.
All talk and no walk will probably not hurt anyone but yourself when you catch feelings before connecting deeply on a physical level. Just my experience.
Im resilient but i worry for others building a strong emotional attachment and expectations that might not happen, dont like playing with someones emotions or ending up hurting them if it doesnt work out as they build a future storyline of expectations in their head.
The reason i prefer this over lust subs is due to wanting healthy soul-heart based relationship instead of the lust lifestyles that leave baggaged and damaged people in cheap surface connections.
What helped me win my soulmate over was being absolutely open from the very beginning.
I told her that I find her attractive on day 2 or so. Everything evolved organically.
Also when we first met, I was brutally open about my shortcomings, fears, addictions, whishes, etc.
I wanted a relationship, we both knew we wanted each other, so we both played open. No Games.
It wasn’t (isn’t) easy, but so worth it.
I have no problem being open but the pattern i notice occuring for me is distortions in my manifestation.
Some parts are perfect but others dont really fit me and overwhelm me with doubts that this might not be my soulmate and that drops attraction for me.
That is perhaps my biggest fear of never really finding true love soulmate, i realize its an attachment but nonetheless a strong one to dissolve.
Its funny i dont doubt about abundence of women on khan and dont view it as something difficult but im more worried what use will it be if none of them are my soulmate, i wouldnt care if a milion women wanted me without the right one.
Feels like searching for a needle in an endless haystack.
Perhaps i need to run heartsong for a while after im done with drred
The girl that appeared in my life when running HS is definitely my soulmate, I can tell by the deeper connection and impact we have on each other, but it doesn’t mean that we are compatible in the traditional boyfriend/girlfriend relationship, or interested in it at this point in our life.
I think the term soulmate is inaccurate, for me it is more like ‘soul family’, we understand each other very deeply and very easily, there are a lot of shared interests and/or life/spiritual understandings in common but the surface part of our being, our ego and current life circumstances and level of development emotional and psychological might not be aligned for a classic intimate relationship.
But we are deeply connected and unconsciously benefit from each other’s life experiences. I have met a few of these souls this year, one male and two females, the connections are mind blowing and I recognized how their life have influenced me throughout my life since childhood even though we have just met this year, these are very close ‘soulmates’ but not actually meant or fully compatible for something other than friends at this point.
