Exactly.
I keep within nowdays 5to 7min, sometimes 15 but very rarely.
Smaller more often loops is much better than just longer with more rest days imo.
I should write more been having some good insights with drr
While an accurate response to this may not be as straightforward as it seems, I will attempt to provide one to the best of my knowledge, drawing from my experience and long-term observation.
First, however, it’s important to differentiate between subliminally induced reconciliation and its side effect known as 'recon’.
Each time we run subliminals, we either initiate a new reconciliation cycle or reinforce the one we’re currently experiencing. Reconciliation is a process involving multiple, often unpredictable and unexpected, changes in our subconscious mental structures and patterns.
This subliminal process, known as reconciliation, can be ridden by what is referred to as ‘recon’. These are the side effects of reconciliation that most of us are familiar with—and don’t particularly enjoy—like the ones you described here:
and many other side effects.
Now, I’ve experienced these typical recon symptoms even while using non-healing subs, so they’re clearly not limited to healing programs alone. Moreover, I’ve run many healing subs without experiencing recon, yet I could clearly recognize the reconciliation cycle I was going through—and still enjoy the results.
We absolutely don’t need recon in order to grow. Moreover, based on my experience and observations, recon actually interrupts subliminal reconciliation and should be avoided at all costs, as it tends to smother the very results we’re aiming for.
Moreover, recon often makes it impossible to take the required action—or severely limits our ability to carry it out. And as we know, taking action is the primary catalyst for growth.
Recon is not the same as what most people refer to as ‘reconciliation,’ since subliminal reconciliation refers to all the mental processes that occur after exposure to subliminals whilst recon are the side effect of that subliminal reconciliation. Therefore, I clarified the distinction above, although SC describes both quite well below.
Reconciliation:
When you are listening to a properly made subliminal, reconciliation is always happening.
It’s not a negative process at all!
[…]
Reconciliation is a process where your internal beliefs and subconscious structures are being integrated, connected, reconciled, tested and made stronger/discarded in your subconscious mind.
Once you introduce subliminals, that’s when the game starts.
Once you have subliminals being inputted into your subconscious mind, suddenly you have millions of new ideas, questions, answers and tests flowing into your subconscious mind – and it has to reconcile all of these!
Recon:
As it does so, you’ll experience emotions and memories surfacing and side effects such as fatigue, headaches, desire to switch/drop subliminals, etc. The more it has to reconcile, the more likely you are to experience these and have them be more noticeable.
Reconciliation Symptoms:
Desire to quit subliminals.
Obsessive, compulsive desire to switch subliminals (to some of our other subliminals or another company altogether).
Feeling that nothing is happening/working, feeling of wasting time, or hopelessness.
Depression, sadness, apathy, rage, anger, hate, jealousy (any negative emotion can surface). Can come in multiple forms such as a mood over several days or a sudden surfacing. Rarely can also come in extremely unusual feelings never felt before, such as joyous but soulful mourning.
A “reconciliation fog” over your mind that makes illogical seem logical (in your mind, you’ll think you’re fine and that everyone else is at fault).
Extreme handwaving away of results and effects – even the most obvious results will seem as if nothing is happening. An example is when we had testers with obviously elevated vital signs (rapid breathing, high heart rate, sweating) claim nothing is happening during testing of very specific experimental physical shifting technology.
Vivid or weird dreams, which at times can contain hints at to what is happening in the subconscious. Can also be complete lack of dreams or at times nightmares.
In rare cases, repeat awakenings where you wake up, think you are in reality, but then wake up again (sometimes multiple times in a row). This is usually the case with high levels of overload when the process of reconciliation gets incredibly complex, like a ball of yarn trying to reconcile all the new input and straighten itself out. We call these time-loops.
The new recon tech helps with reconciliation by not only guiding you through dealing with recon, but also making the entire reconciliation process much faster and smoother. Me and many others described those features of the new tech.
Though I agree with a few of your points, I see truth in the Differentiation of the phenomenons Recon and Reconciliation.
Let’s compare subliminals to workout, since it’s a workout for the (subconscious) mind.
When you workout, your muscles grow and you grow stronger (not necessarily the same).
On top of these, you sometimes get muscle soreness. Although the muscle soreness is related to muscle growth, it’s neither necessary nor beneficial.
When you do a workout for your mind using subs, you reconcile old beliefs with new ones and grow stronger. This often shows in body posture, the way you talk etc.
Sometimes it’s accompanied by symptoms of recon.
But recon isn’t necessary for this growth.
Especially not the serious recon that may be rather symptoms of overexposure or something completely else.
I once did 150 squats for a freeletics test. After the squats I was barely able to walk because my legs were absolutely wobbly. The following days I had extreme pain from soreness and needed to do a few minutes of stretching to be able to walk in another room without to much pain.
That was unnecessary and not beneficial.
When I started my SC journey, I listened to multiple full loops of Emperor (according to the recommended schedule). I was highly irritated for months. That was unnecessary and not beneficial as well.
There’s nothing wrong with a bit of soreness and recon. But it’s not identical with growth.
That’s a really old differentiation (it appears in the Master Class article I referenced as well), and since the lingo is gradually becoming obsolete, I felt the need to revise those two terms, especially to clarify my newest findings and insights.
I made that distinction solely to clarify my points, but since it caused confusion, I explained them again—this time using the article written by SC. I didn’t do that to validate my input as implied by the interlocutor; why would I, if, as I said, that distinction is already quite old?
Subliminal reconciliation (not recon!) is the main source of the growth we’re all talking about here on the forums. My current observations incline me more toward what I expressed above—that recon (the side effects of reconciliation) should be avoided. The good news is that the new recon tech helps with all of that quite a lot, as you can see in the quotes here:
I think another point worth mentioning when discussing the new recon tech is that it may also help others process their own reconciliation simply through interaction with you - who is running the new recon tech.
My guess is that my adversary received that kind of support from me, since he was able to externalize something that had been bottled up for months—as he himself admitted— even though he projected all of that on me.
The issue is not in the differentiation. It is well-established that there are different varieties of response; both responses to growth and change, in general; and responses to subliminals, in particular.
The issue is in the attempt to use the terms ‘recon’ and ‘reconciliation’ to precisely denote contrasting varieties of processing and response.
David and Dave are two names for the same person. As are Rebecca and Becky.
There are so many words in the English language that it’s unnecessary to try to make one term explain everything.
Just come up with more descriptive and appropriate terms. It’s not difficult.
In my case, I think that the judicious application of a short adjective or other modifier is all that is needed to introduce a little bit of nuance.
This does not need to be a big problem. This is literally what adjectives were invented to do.
Among eagles, for example, we have bald eagles, harpy eagles, sea eagles, hawk eagles, black eagles, fish eagles, and many more. And beyond that we have happy eagles, sad eagles, hungry eagles, irritated eagles, and busy eagles.
They’re all eagles. Of different sizes, shapes, and conditions.
Reconciliation is much the same. Just apply a little adjective and it will be quite clear what type you’re describing.
I deem it a valid approach since, instead of trying to play semantic games, I took into account how both terms are actually used: the word “recon” is almost always used to denote the side effects (of the whole process of reconciliation) that we don’t particularly enjoy experiencing, while the word “reconciliation” isn’t limited to subliminal usage alone—it’s a much broader term. Therefore, I used it to describe the entire subliminal process or cycle, adding the word “subliminal” to the word “reconciliation” to make it even more specific.
Anyhow, it doesn’t matter much, as I defined both terms before using them to explain my findings and isnights. Whether the community adopts those terms (my usage of them, that is) or not is of no concern to me.
