If anything I’d say it’s bloom after a few rest days, though I’ve been doing at least 2 loops of exec and blu each day to boost productivity. Nothing that feels like recon, just the dream where I got angry. lol
What is bloom?
apply effort/whatever, and then then the effect comes after a brief rest.
Think… water a seedling, and a while later it blooms.
Delayed results basically.
I think of it like a traffic jam.
Too much information being processed, so your results get stuck in a traffic jam, like too many cars on the highway.
After some time goes by and/or conditions change, then things start flowing again. And sometimes you get a whole bunch of results coming through in a relatively short period of time. (Like what’s probably going on right now with shipping around the Suez canal.)
The ‘bloom’ is a noticeable opening up of results usually after a period of rest (to give the mind a chance to process and clear up the traffic jam).

Oh man, RM just sounds EXACTLY like what I want to become, but I promised myself not to add a new sub to my stack again.
Especially though since I haven’t seen anyone mention Khan with it.
Currently I run KhanQ ST1 + RICH Solace and BLU as a booster occasionally.

Based on the 2 I’ve seen, if my local art museum had art such as this on display by you, I’d go see it.
I would stick with khan stage 1 for a month or 2 since it will help clear out a lot of junk, i would also recommend listening to limit destroyer ultima and rebirth to help clear shit out. I would say once a week listen to RU and every few days LDU.
Wait a month or 2 on RM let total breakdown do its thing.

BLU -is for intelligence boosting, learning, creativity and productivity, performance and test confidence and some social effects similar to Stark. Limit destroyer is for well-destroying limits- imposed by yourself or any other source- it supports mainly confidence, courage, fearlessness and new less limited perspective on what’s possible.
BLU is great, I can only imagine what LEU is like!
Quick derail. I used LEU today as a way to clean up my room. Something I’ve been procrasinating on for ages. I got my room 3/4 the way done in a limited amount of time. However…it’s kept me awake as it’s now 7am and I’ve been getting things done I’ve been pretty creative too.
Yikes, last night my wife was up late buying every single thing Ikea has (or so it seems, based on the $$$$ cost of the cart…) and I decided to stay up at least as late as her. I fell asleep just after 11pm and her reaction was to turn off all the lights and sneak off to the bedroom “to see if I’d notice” lol.
I can barely crack midnight these days, pulling an all-nighter is not likely for me. lol.
If I get LEU, perhaps I’ll limit it to first thing in the morning.

This thread is about RM, but you need to get some REM!
In the past few days, I have been adding flavor and color to my diet without realizing it.
Originally, I follow a performance diet - in that it focuses on macros and micros while sacrificing taste. Such diet can be extremely dull, mundane and flavorless, though one would hone their discipline. Even more terribly bland on a plant-based Keto (low carb), where options are more limited and fasting seems to me as an easier choice for cutting of fat. I am just not giving food a lot of thought other than fulfilling its needs in terms of survival and performance and it would serve me well.
However: in I have been learning and making recipes without losing that performance edge. For example, instead of simply eating spoonfuls of nut butters, I ended up making cookies and brownies and the works. I would eat dark chocolates straight from the tinfoil, I ended up melting them and combining them with whatever I had around into bars and deserts. This is but a couple of examples.
I would usually use whatever ingredient in its raw form. But now, I am using those ingredients and combining them into more delicate and finer cooking.
What I am driving at is the follow: A change in mindset; into one that sees potential and opportunity in little things.
Cooking is an art, a form of self expression. I seem to be figuring out mine. Soups and pots with buckets of spices I have an affinity for healing and an admiration for the plants’ ability to heal, and such is why I seem to favor pots of soups and stews the most.
