Hello guys I want to ask some more experienced users here. I am running heartsong and ascension 18 days in and I am holding on to instructions. Last week and something I am experiencing big Espace mechanism I think. I am watching porn way way more than I used to, I am smoking way more, I have trouble fall asleep and eating way more sweets. I am also agressive very fast almost everyday I in big temper and also I have zero tolerance . I’m gettin in quarells way to often.what to do? Do you think that ascension is not right for me? I’m infw personality more introverted than extro and thinker and overthinking many things.

Basically reconciliation.
Porn and smoking is just your brain hunting for dopamine there to cover the tough feelings from the subconscious healing.
Cut back on loops. Add more rest days. Give your brain time to process it, then these things will go away.

My assumption? Heartsong is bringing up a lot of issues you have related to relationships and your way you learned yourself of coping with issue is by smoking. And when you smoke you often also watch porn. That shit is unavoidable lmfao.
Id recommend some possible more effective form of introspection. Possibly journalling, exercising, taking a walk, whatever works for you. Hell you could even remain within drugs territory and go for shrooms. That shit way more helpfull for introspection and dealing with issues.

Everybody talking about Hank Moody, I’ve never seen the show. I should dig it up and check it out to see what I’m missing out on.
I wouldn’t mind embodying some of what Harvey Specter has too. Not all of it, since he is douchey in some aspects.
But there’s that one episode someone linked before about the brewery owner who was making someone else’s beer formula illegally (I think). He tried telling Harvey what to do and gave him an ultimatum.
Harvey pulled out a win/win for both sides, then told the client “One thing you and I both have in common is we never let our clients tell us how to do our jobs” and just does an about face and leaves. Paraphrasing of course, but I would love to be able to pull that out as natural.
