I think that part is linked with Emperor’s “action machine”. I would ask you this : Did you have something important for you to do beside helping your parents? Maybe not. So Emperor is priorizing action and building stuff over “losing time”, in your case, building the relationship with your parents.

I was reading Malkuth’s and official zero pint’s introduction and I got really emotional.
When I was reading it, the last night EmperorZP and PSZP effects kicked in and they are exactly as intense as last night. For sure the results kicked in even more than 24 hours later.
Bur mehn, it’s the best ever.
But just one thing that I wanna make sure is ZP’s integration like for real 55 days and it’s all integrated or is it in the air. Damn I am like fucking high on weed. I’m like on a substance but better
I’ve definitely been looking more masculine since running Emperor ZP too. WANTED makes you look sexy, whereas Emperor makes you look like a masculine beast, a force to be reckoned with.

I mainly started training abs (which I never trained before), as well as starting to focus more on each rep of any exercise.
like for example, when I was curling today, every part of the movement felt like I was deeply invested into them, like making sure of my form, time under tension, the contraction of the muscle, feeling the pump more.
that’s one of the reasons I also asked @SaintSovereign if there was similar scripting to Spartan ZP in here, because it feels like there’s some focus to fitness, just not a simple “fat burner” module.
Now that you mention it it definitely does. Like I’ve been more focused on improving my cardio lately, even using the treadmill for the first time in a very long time lol. I’ve also switched up my routine to lighter weights higher reps as opposed to on Spartan when I was all in on low rep high weight, pushing my strength to the max. It’s very interesting how this one is molding our workouts differently bro
It’s becoming clear to me that this version of Emperor is not that relentless push for productivity like it seemed some of the Q and previous versions were about. This one is more like subtle “whispers” in your ear encouraging you to focus on getting stuff done and bettering your life. But rest and relaxation is definitely considered in the equation.
For example, this past week I was sick, and while I still was productive and efficient at completing work tasks, I made sure to enforce extra rest (more than usual) to allow my body to recover from illness. It’s like Emperor ZP helping to mold me into my best for the long term, knowing that relentless action taking would’ve been destructive in that situation. As a result, I was able to get what I needed to get done WITHOUT burning myself out - and my illness was rather mild too!
Today, I was chilling enjoying my morning and even though I knew I had stuff to do, I was not stressed about it. As soon as I made a list for myself, I was off to the races. Had a highly productive Sunday despite not really doing much until the afternoon.
Because of the allowed rest and rejuvenation, I find myself significantly more efficient when completing tasks.
sounds like taking care of your body and molding it (you said that word twice, it might be in the script ) are now among the main pillars of Emperor.

A great practice! I was also able to fast most of the day yesterday, until dinner with minimal struggle
My focus since starting Emperor was to stop Weed, stop Kratom, reduce or stop my antidepressant and start fasting. So far, I’m 4 days without Kratom and Weed, I did 2 days without antidepressant, yesterday I took 1 dosage of Prozac because I was irritable (I think I need to taper a little bit).
All this is going to help my testosterone and the fact that I’m eating low calorie diet will mold my body. I’ll be skinnier because gyms are closed, but it’s fine, I’m going to rebuild it later!
FYI, Prozac has an extremely long half-life, so it is going to take weeks until it is completely out of the system.
Yes, I get the same thing on Emperor ZP. I still get my stuff done within the deadline despite being a bit slack. Or perhap’s it’s more like stuff like I accomplish what is urgent and necessary as a priority.

Cigarette smokers have been found to have higher testosterone levels.
Nobody knows why, I guess. Some say it’s the nicotine, but nicotine decreases testosterone while also inhibiting aromatase (conversion to estrogen).
Anyway… just a fun side note to stimulate curiousity. Smoking is terrible, but I’m curious to know why it increases testosterone.
