Until the dream turned sexuell and i woke up
I use to think that emperor fitness was a slow burn but pairing it with emperor has been a great experience .
- I auto adjust my technique during my boxing and conditioning sessions
- if I don’t drink any caffeine I get an easy 8-9 hours of sleep
- my appetite is adjusting and i have actually noticed how much i am actually eating
- I am beginning to recognize that mind muscle connection is very important and try to incorporate it more into movements
- movements have become alot smoother
Hi has anyone micro looped Emp fit st 3 pre workout to attain some good results ???
@SaintSovereign and @Fire is emperor fitness getting an upgrade( with some additional scripting added )by any chance
To everyone here:
- What happens when you stop listening to EF? Are you able to maintain your weight and muscular mass?
- EF also makes the body produce HGH or just testosterone? Because as of my understanding, HGH makes the bones grow.
- Do you also get a bloated/pumped look? Or is it more like a calisthenics body?
- Since I already have a good workout routine and nutrition habits in place, including a good cardio and endurance performance, I have low fat levels, and since I’m having trouble building muscle, can I jump straight ahead to stage 3 of EF? If so, will then stage 4 still work? The only thing were I think stage 1 could help, would maybe help me cure my lower back pain, as each time I do Power Cleans during workouts this pain comes back, but wouldn’t the other stages also help recovering from that and sleeping better?
- For how long should I run each stage?

So I think question 2 is answered.
Would still do ST1 first as it sets the stage for each of the others
In that scenario can I expect also a testosterone boost during stage 1? Because since I stopped running Asc, I started to look more skinny and I’m not happy with what I see in the mirror at the moment.
I can’t answer about T and ST1. Someone else might know.
Other than technique for workouts ST1 helps with recovery, sleep, and nutrition. All 3 of those are needed for healthy T levels. So while its not stated imo its an indirect result
And what about running stage 3 before stage 2, since I first need to build more muscular mass, otherwise I’ll get too skinny.
Yeah you can do stage 3 before 2. Emperor Fitness doesn’t need to be listened to in order due to its nature. IMO ST4 is an exception but if your lifestyle, technique, lifting, cardio, and just want results all around then go to st4
If possible, can scripting be added if you are a Gym Instructor to attract/manifest more clients and maybe start a business, could help the fitness influencers too.
There would be other titles for that. This is a fitness title. Not a fitness instructor.
But I could see EF having an “aura of fitness” which would make you seem incredibly fit, full of vitality, a respectable and accomplished person in the realm of fitness.
That could help & could help the idea get adopted.
But you’d want to run an actual alpha/persuasion title for any social/persuasion effects. Or a wealth title I guess.
For physical shifting, wealth, and social/persuasion all in one, I’d run emperor.
But an alpha title that takes physical fitness to its extreme could be really interesting. I’ve always thought that even chosen should have a tiny bit of wealth scripting to support its goals… so why not a tiny bit of wealth in Spartan too?!?!?

I have a Stark /Emperor Fitness IV custom that would likely be perfect for your goal with the right modules.
That is not my goal with it, as I want to enhance my fitness while Starking out my life again.
It’s always a fun ride running Stark for a while, the fame enhancement might be just what you’re looking for.
wondering if st3 helps with increased penile growth such as BDLM, states it helps with all physical related things so I am wondering how efficient it would be for that specific purpose
Stage 1: Mastery
