How is the fat burning and muscle building with this title?

I made 2023 a Emperor Fitness ST4 & Spartan custom.

I did one loop per year

Last week I paid for a Gym membership, so now it’s time to use this custom

Today I did 90 seconds of this custom

I was unbelievably lazy my whole life, always looking how I can get to the desired goal with the absolute least amount of energy investment.

( this has also to do with a couple of traumatic expiriences, wich also robs you of available energy in daily life, but they are gone now)

The lazyness was imprinted in me, even when the reasons completely healed. I think Spartan obliterated this completely

Then came the loop today.

In the gym I walked in, sat down and doubled the repetitions with ease thinking to myself : I like to do more, this is easy, I enjoy that.

Twice thoughts about quitting arise but I just told them : I don’t need you-you don’t exist anymore in my world. Then put on more weight

I have motivation to train and realy do this and also joy because it’s not only fittnes also Foosball omg I want to train now and try some new stuff.

A fire started again like as a child running out of the house to play with everyone

I did minimum double and with more weights and my internaly state is : I could have done more easily

Also the technique Mastery is kicking in.

Yesterday evening I trained Foosball - ball control.

I jumped levels and the control of the Ball I have is second Nature now.

At one point I turned off the lights and played nearly blind for 20 min. Without any ball loss on a higher speed.

Steady focus for 2 hours without loosing a single volt of concentration.

And I can do easily even more

I am everyday in the gym.

I started with 45min, hopping from exercise to exercise, then include EmF&Spartan doubled the time to 90 min and yesterday I thought : I need to go earlier to the gym, I need 2-3 hours gym time without the sauna now.

Yesterday after 90 min I just thought : I can do easily more

I do more with heavier weights and it’s just a pleasure to be there. I don’t even feel tired anymore.

Every day in a gym is too much; less is more unless less is less.

You are doing too much. 3-4 times a week for 1 hour is enough.

2-3 hour excluding cardio etc is extremely unnecessary. At max 90mins is optimal for gym (excluding cardio).

Since The new Godlike Masculinity I have a 22 hour day if I don’t power the last bit of strength out.

With training I have 16-18 hour days.

I need to do it.

Sauna was working great the first 2 days but now I need 50-70 minutes Daly

Godlike Masculinity has this insane effect on me

I am a beginner so I train everything there is,to get a overall muscular stability.

A Frend of mine is an actual bodybuilder and also a ultramarathon runner. ( everybody is surprised to see him at a 24-48 hour marathon)

He told me that I do it absolutely right, first month or 2 building the core afterwards he will instruct me if I want.
