Are you talking about the famous 5 tibetans yoga practice?
Ran some microloops of EmpD. So far so good.
I’ve only ran small loops for a small period of time, and not in a work/leadership environment, so I only have small details to report,
The most leadership related, I help facilitate a men’s group, and I was much more quiet than usual. I am usually a bit too loud, sharing my opinion at any opportunity. I was reserved this meeting, spoke when needed, contributed to the energy of the space with my presence instead of my opinion. This is a huge growth edge for me - some people might need to talk more, but I need to talk less. The sub hasn’t made me introverted or withdrawn at all. Just more thoughtful and less impulsive in social settings.
My voice feels different in my throat, I’m more relaxed using it in a calm and confident manner.
It physically FEELS different speaking due to the lack of tension.
I only notice this occasionally but it’s an exceptional experience every time.
And someone reached out to me, a prospect I once sold for an offer 2 years ago, saying he wanted me to coach him on how to run sales teams, he thought about it a lot and wanted to learn to be more like me as a leader.
What?!?!? but ya I’m gonna coach him.
Also been waking up at the exact same time every day and jumping out of bed in the morning without feeling the need to go back to sleep. It’s not just that my sleep has improved. It’s my energy upon waking. Even if I fall asleep at 4am I wake up at 9am ready to start my day. … I’ve been asking for a sub that can do this for so long, tried them all, but none have done this for me - until EmpD.
This is exactly what i thought in regards to paragon.
I used to do this before but it is very difficult if one is overweight which is why am currently losing some before restarting this again.
Although I have noticed some energy benefits, I haven’t done it long enough to notice any miracles. But loads of people have and their testimonials about the 5 Tibetan Rites on youtube are pretty glowing. I hope I will be able to replicate some of that when I restart and stick to this soon.
Loads of guided tutorials on how to do it too on youtube.
I personally think it is worth a shot.
@Fire a group of us are willing to sponsor you to create an anti ageing product. We will pay you well.
Wow. Daddy aura works. You cant even make this stuff up.
We went to an arcade bar and I had a gift card, so I was paying for everyone’s games.
One girl started saying it felt like I was her sugar daddy, because she had to ask me for the card every time she wanted to play a game.
Eventually any time her or my two friends wanted a card, the guys would jokingly say daaaaad and the girl called me daddy at least a dozen times.
Lol thats hilarious manifestation, it finds an avaliable pathway to bring it out.
I swear @Akephalos @Jouissance I feel like a new, evolved version of myself. I’m always in high spirits, and fear has no place in my life. I may not be the “alpha emperor”, but I stand in my own power with complete confidence. This is my true self, so why should I ever doubt who I am ? f**k doubts.
Sigma
ED is better then WB I swear in terms of attraction. Whilst WB seemed to work, with ED my mood is lifted to a whole new level an its like people feel my mood and energy. The only thing is I eating alot of carbs for some bizzare reason.
I ran Khan ST4-ED in a normal ZP custom and for whatever reason my voice is super fucking deep. Like Darth Vader (late James Earl Jones).
Just thought about this: make a custom with LotS and Paragon along with other healing modules and you’ll pretty much have what we put in an “anti-aging” title.
Eh, screw it. We’ll consider it for potentially sometime next year. @Fire , let’s discuss at Monday’s standup.
The little details most people won’t pay attention to but I do. These guys are really running their business like a startup. Their success is anything but luck. There is a plan behind this.
Welcome to the club, lol I sounded like that at 16
Saint also add kb3 into the mix correct ?
Inspiration for Paragon: Miracle (Paragon + LoveBomb)
“Gregg Braden, Bladder Cancer dissolves in less than 3 minutes using The Language of Emotion”
yes, including the deeper subtle practices
@RockyHandsome - would you be open to try these practices twice a day for 1 week ? If you like KB, watch what happens when you do these rites
For those who want to lose weight, do those rites as it speeds up metabolism.
Effects of the 5 rites
1. Physical Effects:
- Increased Energy and Vitality: One of the most frequently reported benefits is an increase in overall energy levels. This vitality comes from the stimulation of the body’s energy centers (chakras) and the improved flow of prana (life force).
- Improved Flexibility and Strength: The movements in the Rites promote flexibility, particularly in the spine, shoulders, and hips. Over time, this can lead to greater physical strength, especially in the core muscles, which are engaged during many of the exercises.
- Enhanced Balance and Coordination: The first Rite (spinning) improves balance and coordination by challenging the body’s vestibular system (the inner ear, which controls balance). This can also help prevent dizziness over time.
- Better Circulation: The dynamic nature of the movements stimulates blood circulation, ensuring that oxygen and nutrients reach tissues more effectively.
- Detoxification: By promoting better circulation and lymphatic drainage, the Rites are believed to support the body’s natural detox processes, helping remove toxins and waste from the body.
- Weight Management: Although the Rites are not strenuous cardio exercises, regular practice may support weight loss by improving metabolism and balancing the endocrine system.
- Improved Posture: The focus on the spine and alignment of the body helps improve posture and reduce back and neck pain, particularly for those with sedentary lifestyles.
2. Mental Effects:
- Mental Clarity: Many practitioners report feeling more mentally sharp and focused after consistent practice. This mental clarity is often attributed to the increased flow of energy to the brain and the calming effect of rhythmic breathing.
- Reduced Stress and Anxiety: The slow, mindful movements combined with deep, conscious breathing induce a relaxation response in the body, lowering stress hormone levels and reducing feelings of anxiety.
- Enhanced Emotional Stability: Because the Rites help to balance the body’s energetic system, many report an increased sense of emotional well-being. Practitioners may feel more grounded, resilient, and less prone to mood swings.
- Improved Sleep: Regular practice of the Rites is known to improve sleep quality. This may result from reduced stress levels, balanced hormones, and overall physical relaxation.
- Increased Focus and Concentration: The meditative aspect of the Rites, which involves breathwork and mindfulness, helps improve mental focus and concentration. This can also lead to better productivity and creativity.
3. Energetic and Spiritual Effects:
- Balancing and Activating the Chakras: Each of the Five Rites is designed to stimulate and balance the body’s seven major chakras, ensuring that energy flows smoothly through the body. When the chakras are balanced, practitioners often experience a greater sense of harmony and well-being.
- Kundalini Awakening: Over time, the Rites can stimulate the slow, safe awakening of Kundalini energy (the spiritual energy believed to reside at the base of the spine). This can lead to heightened states of consciousness, spiritual insight, and personal transformation.
- Increased Vital Energy (Prana): By improving the flow of prana (life force energy) through the body, practitioners often report feeling more “alive” and energetic. This can also lead to greater longevity and vitality.
- Inner Calm and Centering: Regular practice brings an increased sense of inner peace and calm. This can be due to balancing the chakras, reducing energy blockages, and calming the mind.
- Enhanced Intuition: As practitioners develop more awareness of their energy body, some report increased sensitivity to subtle energies and a heightened sense of intuition or inner knowing.
4. Hormonal and Endocrine System Effects:
- Balanced Hormones: The Rites are thought to stimulate the endocrine glands, such as the pineal, thyroid, and adrenal glands, which play a crucial role in regulating the body’s hormonal balance. This may result in improved mood, increased energy, and even a more youthful appearance.
- Anti-Aging Effects: Practitioners often claim that the Rites slow down the aging process. This is likely linked to the balancing of hormones, increased circulation, and overall physical rejuvenation. It’s also thought that they can help maintain youthfulness in appearance, energy levels, and vitality well into old age.
- Sexual Health: By balancing the chakras and stimulating the endocrine system, some practitioners report improvements in sexual vitality and reproductive health. Sexual energy, when balanced, can contribute to overall well-being and spiritual growth.
5. Psychological and Cognitive Effects:
- Enhanced Memory and Cognitive Function: The improved blood and oxygen flow to the brain, along with the balancing of the chakras, is said to enhance cognitive functions like memory, learning, and decision-making.
- Increased Resilience to Stress: Regular practice helps the nervous system become more resilient to stress. The balancing of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems enables the body to handle stress better and recover more quickly from stressful events.
- Mood Elevation: The combination of physical movement, breathwork, and mental focus in the rites is known to release endorphins, which can lead to a naturally elevated mood and a sense of happiness or contentment.
6. Immune System and Health Effects:
- Strengthened Immune System: By reducing stress, detoxifying the body, and enhancing the flow of life energy, the Rites are believed to strengthen the immune system, making the body more resilient to illness and disease.
- Pain Relief: The stretches and movements involved in the Rites help improve mobility and release tension in the muscles, which can lead to relief from chronic pain, particularly in the back, neck, and joints.
- Improved Digestion: By stimulating the body’s energy and balancing its systems, the Rites may also improve digestion and assimilation of nutrients. Some practitioners report relief from digestive issues like bloating or constipation.
7. Subtle Effects:
- Aura Cleansing: Some practitioners believe that the Rites cleanse the aura (the energy field surrounding the body), helping to remove energetic blockages and negative influences.
- Spiritual Insight and Growth: As the chakras are balanced and the body is energized, many experience heightened spiritual awareness. This may manifest as a deeper connection to one’s inner self, heightened intuition, or even profound spiritual insights.
- Inner Joy and Fulfillment: Over time, practitioners of the Rites often report a greater sense of joy and fulfillment in life. This sense of well-being comes from the balanced energy system and the harmonization of the body, mind, and spirit.
