I do wish that guys do not shy away at this title because of the age recommendation. The changes that I have witnessed are unbelievable steady and persistent. Its like one of those olympic contestants performing a physics defying motion fluidly – completely natural. I have already experienced the majority most of the objectives and yet much more to embody. Between having people come to me, and I mean much older people, for comfort or help, to throwing dad jokes at random people; I have even had someone question my age, thinking that I am much older then someone in the class that was joking around.

The eye scripting; I can literally feel that energetic exchange when eyes meet, the poetry of the eye, by God is it beautiful. Its like nothing else, and I have tried all of the eye modules.

The grounding is another thing to admire, its like a mighty Oak, shaken, tremored, set-ablaze, but always rooted in place, no matter the storm.

Finally, I have a question to the guys: After I got off a hot shower, I saw my reflection in the mirror and felt both ashamed and proud at the same time, do you guys get that? I mean, I loved how big my beard is but its also smaller than I wish it to be

Precisely. My metabolism sped up and I take a pee more often. Moreover, I noticed that my endurance increased when running. Overall, I feel more energized both, physically and mentally.

I also perform better in bed, and not only when it comes to my endurance.

Dark, cold, solid and beautiful.

Women are more responsive as well, although I noticed some getting a bit shy upon seeing me. And I’m talking about real hotties. That’s really unusual.

Apart from that, my introspecting skills have got improved, I can see my inner motions, thoughts and ideas clearer. It’s also easier to reign my inner world, and particularly my “underworld” - that is my dark side.

It’s easier to plan and make decisions since I’m being way less affected by my inner motions, and I see important decisions and planning coming, so that’s going to come in really handy.

But there is the danger of overload and harsh recon.

Of course. If you haven’t followed the sweet spot method, increasing the exposure gradually, but you just ran lots of loops and got harsh recon then you made a fatal mistake.

I suggest you should do a solid washout and start with micro loops or the recommended pattern before you even try to apply the sweet spot method.

On the other hand, I understand that many people may struggle with spotting it. In that case, it’s better to stick to micro loops or the recommended pattern.

Not too much to report with EmpD as I’ve basically been sick and in bed/inthe house for most of this past week. From what I have noticed though, the emotional stability has been very beneficial, there’s been a lot of moments when I would have gotten triggered in my relationship and in that moment was able to think about it how I would if I was a more mature version of myself, and basically just brush it off and tease/make a joke around it. I’ve actually noticed this more conscious decision…
