What kind of recon do you get on EmpD? I wonder. I don’t get any other than the one mentioned above.
Are you sure it’s EmpD that causes it?
10 minutes with any title is what I stick to now. The big periods of near radio silence from me last year into this year were testing different lengths and other variables.
I found 10 is good for me with any title.

In my case, I reached my sweet spot on EmpD at a lower exposure time. Like 50% lower than on WB or any other NSE title I’ve run, applying the sweet spot method.
EmpD is just another beast in terms of the potency.
I wonder why people perceive our conversation as an argument.

Could you expand in a bit more depth as to how KB plays a role in EmpD @AnswerGroup ?
I’m seeing that it’s for the health/vitality scripting, sounds like there’s also an Aura scripting component in there. That’s for sure. Is this also providing some type of “productive energy” (more desire to go out there and live) scripting? And like KB, are there elements of sexual healing (ST1) & sexual energy channel development (ST2)?

So I haven’t yet stacked ED and S&SX.
But I can see them working well together. Since S&S builds the skill of seduction itself.
- Noticing and passing women’s “testing”
- Knowing what to do/say to keep the interaction going
- Advancing the interaction to next stages.
- …And much more!
Should stack well.
Guess I’ll add it to my list of microstack ideas.
I would stack it with SSX only if I had little to no clue on how to seduce women. Otherwise, I would go for PS or WB or just run it solo.
EmpD has it all it takes.
Naturally, SSX would amplify your seduction prowess on EmpD even further if you really wanted to master the art of seduction like a boss.
I read the describtion of EmpD a dozen of times now and I have to say this is the single most appealing major alpha-allround sub to me so far. I tried a lot of them and always found something that I didn’t like:
- Emperor: didn’t like the relentless building and working because I already built my empire
- Khan: never tried it, always seemed too daring for me
- og DR: never tried it but I didn’t like the idea of breaking free from everything, I’m pretty much seasoned and ain’t that young any more, so I rely on the things that I built in the past; same goes for DRRed; DRGold though might look like a interesting program
- Hero:O: never tried it but I didn’t like the virtue scripting too much at that point and also the fighting aspects
- WB: didn’t like that it made it difficult for me to maintain long-term sexual relationships; made me too easily walk away from partners; also didn’t like the idea of giving off an “I just wanna fuck” vibe
- newPrimal: was great but the freedom-thinking was a bit too much in the end, it led me to think that I would better live with leaving it all behind, didn’t want to do that
- RM: gave me a lot of recon, maybe I didn’t respond well to the free thinking scripting
- Chosen: my favorite but I had to combine it with Stark in order to get the mental parts; I liked it very much but it left me a bit too “positive” in a way that made me give too much energy to others that exhausted me in the end
- og Stark: nice in combination with Chosen, otherwise it left me a bit ungrounded
So from what I read, I really really hope that EmpD gives me what I am looking for and so far I’m very confident that this program will be the most fitting sub for my current situation. I’m just still contemplating if I’m going to pair it with Sanguine or my RM:V custom. Since EmpD seems to have some of the groundedness and contentment that I also get from Sanguine, I tend to continue with RM:V since after the first two cycles of this I’m starting to see some minor results. Only thing is: EmpD and my RM:V custom have very little in common, it could slow down the whole process, I’ll see. (If I may ask @Fire or @SaintSovereign: do you see any issues with EmpD+RM:Vst1+2?)
Finally: the last time I read the EmpD description I stumble across this line “With Subliminal Club, we don’t simply do subliminal experiences.” and chuckled a bit - if you know, you know. It could be that this line is as sophisticated as an EmpD should be.

Is the physical shifting on EmpD good enough for dedicated bodybuilding, or is it a toned down version of LotS modified to enhance what is already there on aging individuals?

I personally feel you do not need anything else ED and perhaps a fitness product such as LOTS that can be run now and again. Thats it for me folks nothing else. The universe brought me to SC years ago and now finally they have provided the missing jigsaw.

Interested in this as well. I would say if physical shifting, bodybuilding, etc is a serious aspiration then I would include another fitness title in the stack.
However, if not and you just want to look and feel good, the grooming, style, vitality, energy scripting as well as the emphasis on self acceptance and confidence, and a more natural charismatic type of attraction will be more then enough for what most people are looking for.
I plan to run this for quite awhile without any other shifting involved so I will keep posted.

I flagged this and while writing my reason in report box, I realized I wanted to share my opinion.
The results can get intense and long-term while running more loops.
But there is the danger of overload and harsh recon.
I ran 12 loops of WB from 2nd september to 10th september. And around 10 loops of EB and nearly one loop of KBST1 since 10th september. So 25 days until WB.
But Today I regressed to WB.
I may have “slightly” overrided the recommendations, so regressing to past does not mean I should listen to more loops as you do.
You are actively inviting people to overexposure. You do it yourself, but it’s dangerous to make statements such as the one you made.
And to the reader who read the posts here, don’t beleive everything you read here, humans, especially those whose stacks have social elements in them, generally have tendency to lie, consciously or subconsciously or even just misinform out of their own misinformation. To elevate their status in those environments, this forum included.
For example the post below 
@Sub.Zero knowingly or unknowingly attributed the results of WB+EmpD to just EmpD. Maybe it’s just WB’s overdramatization. But most important is that the average reader should take these with a grain of salt. He is extremely overexposing at the same time.
There has been times which I thought this sub has brough me these results, but it was actually the switch bloom. If I write that on the forum, it can misguide you.
