Both paragon and Diamond ultima have reports of increasing subclub member’s member size separately and together. I think that combo would be just as or more potent than the module. But no harm in testing all three.

What is it about Paragon that might be causing that effect?? I mean I can see how Diamond and Male enhancement addresses that, but whats in Paragon?

Perhaps not being comically large is the root of my most men’s emotional and therefor physical issues, so Paragon goes straight to the source to resolve it

Since Paragon deals purely with physical healing, it’s (in my theory) healing all physical pathways that may be getting in the way of rock hard fun. And by stacking it with Diamond, it’s focusing that healing toward that end more.
Like how stacking Regeneration with another major title will point Regen toward working on the aims of that major title.

Actually I noticed both Diamond and Paragon have Primarch’s physical shifting tech, so by stacking you’d be getting a double dose of that for starters.

the size doesn’t matter much compared to how you use it
I have above average dick size for sure and I see the surprise face when it is seen… that’s something good I guess, but even with this size sometimes there can be discomfort with certain petite type of girl
so… this whole obsession… idk how small ppl’s dicks can be that care about this too much but unless it’s comically tiny I think it’s better to spend time getting better at sex than getting a bigger dick 
I think we are made to feel bad about it cuz then we can be manipulated easier and be sold stuff to easier as well, that’s how the economy basically functions -> you’re not good enough, here buy this and get better
