Currently finishing 2nd cycle with Ascension and my only goal (from this sub) was to improve self-esteem and eliminate anxiety. So far, ~50% boosted self-esteem and the same amount of reduced anxiety when it comes to handling difficult stuff, as well as more resilient when I encounter stress.

Hmm, maybe I’ll switch it with Ascension after washout, but isn’t Primal more oriented towards attraction, romantic relationships etc? Or i’m not comprehending it correctly.
I was writing only about anxiety, the difference between them is obvious I mean reading both descriptions should tell.

Ascension is good for anxiety and self-esteem by making you responsible for the quality of your life and manning up and doing something to improve it. The self-esteem and freedom from anxiety come from taking action, and a general confidence boost.
Primal is good for social freedom, a sense of relaxation, it’s quite good for positive emotions overall and it’s about really expressing yourself, so yeah it definitely has an angle of attraction and romantic relationships but it also goes WAY beyond that. Saint has been saying it’ll stack well with anything, even wealth stacks.
Chosen is probably the best sub along these veins in terms of self-esteem and anxiety relief. That’s just, like, exaaactly what it’s made for. Just floods you with positivity.

Hope this doesn’t derail the conversation too much, but really good words from @Jouissance for me to follow and share my thoughts after a long hiatus. I experienced the latter part exactly as he wrote it.
Mini report:
Ascension was the first sub I ran, as recommended by @Trader and many others. They told me to run it for 6 months. I ran it for one cycle and switched to Khan. Yikes.
I ran it again for 2 cycles paired with EoG 1 & 2 respectively ~Sept/Oct last year.
During this time, I realized that despite everyone’s best intentions my “side business” (that wasn’t really MY business) wasn’t working out. It came to a point where I found myself arguing yet again about some new money that I was expecting, and I just had a thought – what the fuck am I doing all of this work for such a pittance? Like seriously what is going on, exactly. We’re scrapping and debating over what amounts to +$15 / month. And at the same time I realized that a huge shortcoming of mine was always kind of leaving things up to someone else or to some sort of fate. I’d have different iterations of plans and paths to take based on certain situations, but I was rarely the driver of those situations – even if I was taking action… if that makes any sense.
I spent about two years building up this thing and I had a lot of investment in it but it just clicked for me and I found the steel to say “enough is enough, I’m done.” I was pretty upset and for the first time in a long time I made it abundantly clear, no holding back. Gave up all my share of the money, clearly announced that I was done doing so much work for what amounts to scraps, withdrew all of my attention and energy from things that weren’t the bare minimum for my job (and my bare minimum is still way higher than the standard here), and withdrew my attention from my boss. I felt a bit petty about that last part, but something in me told me to just back myself fully and be a dick about the situation because that’s what was needed. I decided to own myself and my situation.
I think after a month she realized I was pretty damn serious, so she apologized in a big way, and paid me ~$1000 to try to make up for it, too. Honestly, that’s no money compared to what I brought in during that time and what I built and created that she gets to keep, but at that point I could feel she was sincerely trying to apologize. So I accepted it and we got back on good terms. I also haven’t done a drop of extra work since that moment and – surprise – my work life has become way less stressful and I feel more respected by her, even. Part of that might be because she now has to do some of what I was doing before and she can understand my perspective a little bit better. 
Basically this:
Ascension woke me up to a huge weakness and bad situation in my life, helped me see what it means to back myself, and showed me the importance of making firm choices.
It sucked in the moment, but this challenge ultimately cleared the way for me to move on to a much much much better situation.

I just ran Ascended Mogul for a year straight as my first sub. If you’re playing around with Wealth, maybe just start with a really foundation of that? Then it’ll be easier to commit to because it’s giving you everything you want.
Also, a note, from personal experience, you’ll THINK Ascended Mogul (and Ascension) increase your productivity, but if you stack LE with it, you’ll realize you had no idea what was even possible in the realm of productivity pre-LE

Thanks. I’m going for intelligence/mental performance gains with the new QL and energy from KB (2nd run) right now! For me, that’s the foundation I found after experimenting and failing a ton last year.
And then tomorrow’s event will happen and…

Oh how I love this title.
Pure, manly inner strength, an energy that demands respect and gets it, from within and without. You become the rock where before you were the sail. You’ll feel its strength and so will the women around you.
One caveat, you have to be living the life an ascended person would expect to. Cannot be listening to this and choosing to remain in a tight spot.
Second caveat is no sub can effectively bring it’s best with loads of trauma - energy blocks hinder progress.

Hey does this title drive you to make money? Basically I want to feel good and confident but don’t want to feel recon because I’m being lazy money/career-wise lol.

So I’m running Ascension and some of the results I’m seeing are respect from others, stares from females, reduced anxiety under (most) stressful situations, and vascular arms. But the biggest result is speaking my mind.
My job can be stressful at times. It’s very team oriented and if one person slacks, then the product looks bad, and I’ve had episodes where I’ve yelled at a couple employees when our backs have been up against a wall. Now mind you, I’ve had to yell in the past without Ascension because of the nature of the job, but it’s definitely been dialed up.
I’ve read similar reports of aggression when running Ascension and I think Saint said it’s because people weren’t used to all of the inner power scripting. When I’m alone I’m practically cursing my boss to myself as if it’s a rehearsal.
@SaintSovereign @Fire Any idea when NEW Ascension is dropping? I’m guessing you’ll make adjustments with regards to the aggression. I know to answer me is to reveal any surprise, but I’m afraid I might say something to the wrong person at work.
Any news would be helpful.

I hadn’t considered that, but I’m trying to just run 2 titles, Ascension and KB. If I do add a 3rd title it might be a NRE, NDE Custom. Maybe some fun and romance might take the edge off.
Plus I’m not running anything with NSE and I’m curious how well it unfolds.

@AnswerGroup @Forum_Ambassadors I know the main titles don’t use modules anymore but does Ascension still have scripting for sex manifestation, extreme happiness, godlike masculinity, rebirth, etc?
