I have played it on a rest day but then I “play it by feel” if I need to take an additional day of rest. Usually I end up taking an extra day since this sub really acts like fuel to your sub stack fire to your mind/body.

Still the case! The big difference is ever since CWON I also started to appreciate the weekends even more. Despite not working (which I need to force myself NOT to work on weekends), I enjoy the time, and then looking forward to monday, HELPING people again, because thats my business!
But yeah, I can only assure ANYONE: if you currently dread Monday’s, it’s not Mondays fault. You need to find something to do that you LOVE. PURPOSE. MEANING.
Doesnt have to be your own business, but make sure it’s enjoyable!
You don’t wanna spend 5 days a week being miserable, WAITING (wasting) until the weekend finally arrives!

Just wanted to report that AsC has a real affect on me. It gives me the wildest of dreams and triggers deep memories and feelings in those dreams that I’m not experiencing with the other subs (yet). There is something about this sub that really triggers me. I know that I’m in for a wild dream cycle when I play it. That is fine by me!
As mentioned before, this sub seems to provide some sort manifesting energy boost to the other subs I’m using. It’s really a great sub.

I just re-read the copy on this one and I’m reminded of these videos I’ve been seeing lately on the tik tok. They’re like our bells were taken away in WW2 because they had healing frequencies. I don’t know man, maybe. There are still bells but yea they were way more common long before any of us got here. And if these temples,churches, etc were designed for certain specifications, maybe there’s something to it.
I didn’t want to jump into “conspiracy” but there’s so much we don’t know about. Frequencies and tones etc. Like, anyone heard of a rife machine? Oh that might be a long the lines of that one poster who had some sort of contraption and was using subliminals and combining them somehow for something even more powerful. Too sciency for me, that’s not my wheelhouse but it’s interesting stuff. There are also things called radionics machine that are supposed to help with your intent/manifestations.
I’ve only listened to the 360 kbs version once so far and I finally had like some sensation in my third eye while listening. It didn’t happen with my other tracks, just ascension chamber. It was like a fuzzy feeling I’d say. I didn’t have that with previous version.
