Okay now that I have had some time to process this all I gotta say is holy shit! My mind is so much clearer and feels a lot more optimized than usual, it kinda reminds me of QL but a lighter version of it. I do notice that im not as joyful and super positive on this as the regular Stark but I dont see that as a bad thing. I just feel a lot more grounded on this version. Social game started to get better as the night went on. Sense of humor was off the charts too.

I have been doing 7 mins twice a week, but I have been thinking about doing what you are doing for a few weeks now.
Listened to 3 mins.
Immediately felt my mind quiet, felt a sudden disconnect from all my own bad habits, I knew that tomorrow when I woke up, I wouldn’t be fiending for coffee, taking breaks from work to watch YT/Chess stuff, I wouldn’t be sleeping in late. I felt in control.
My sense of time feels dilated. It’s only been an hour since I ran the loop but it feels like 3 or 4. I’ve been very focused in that hour, taking thoughts with breadth so I’m covering a lot of ground, but, these thoughts are going deep even though I’m not spending hours of focused time on them.
Mental organization feels good, prioritizing my time and activities tonight to get the most out of my night happened automatically.
I’ve been working on a personal/lifestyle brand, with a plan of getting into writing to deeply develop these thoughts, then to broadcast that through YT and other public channels. Write a book, become an advocate for digital health (tech addiction, etc.) , those would be long term plans. Within a few minutes of listening to SB, those plans got way more ambitious, and I felt more certain that I was ready for the attention that followed.
And when I got home, I decided to do some writing. “A new subliminal reality.” And the following words poured out of my pen and ended up on my sheet of paper.

That can happen on the mass-market stage, with your will being used to influence what newspapers, publications, mass-media sources, and major celebrities say about you. Industry-wide, it could just be all the major players in your industry whispering to each other “oh, I’ve heard of the results @ouroboros has been getting for his clients these days, we’ve been trying to copy him…” Either way, you’re well known.”

Based on the reviews, it appears that this sub provides a good balance between work and pleasure, much like the Tony Stark Archetype. I will be going on a two-week holiday to Egypt to learn how to dive and also get some work done. This sub seems like the perfect fit for balancing fun and productivity during my trip. I’m a little hesitant to run the black series just yet, but this seems really promising.
Can’t wait for the update on the OG Stark.

So SB is working A LOT on my conscious outlook on life. I think @IRON posted a few great thoughts in another thread about how to set up your consciousness in a more positive way to support the subconscious work.
SB is going hard at that.
I noticed a lot recently that I have a lot of negative thoughts around certain things. SPecifically wealth and the sexuality of my wife.
THe more I let go of these, the better my results are.
But it has been REALLY hard to let go of em.
SB is making this a lot easier because I catch myself a lot doing it.
Tonight especially, I had the thought of “bruv, just kick all the resentment and negative beliefs about my wife and look at her from new eyes” and I visualized literally kicking this ball of bad thoughts away lol
It didn’t fully work, still there are negative thoughts popping up, but I don’t expect this to work overnight. Still, I consider it a success in mindset.
What I don’t like though is how fkn horny this sub makes me 
I was just working well to re-use my sexual energy in more creative ways with KB, but SB is focusing me a lot on regular, carnal desire.
Or maybe Im getting presults from everyone running Primal Nights over here
Will see how SB feels after this all settles.
Dreams are INTENSE on this sub as well.
Working through a lot of things there I can tell.

What I already feel / observed after 2 loops, compared to Stark OG
- Confidence: 100% there. the confidence in SB is more like Emperor than Stark.
- Calmer: I no longer have 100 chaotic thoughts going through my mind like a mad scientist. I loved that with Stark, but also hated it. Composed, relaxed.
- More serious: while still open, good mood, default state is so far more centered, sometimes unresponsive to “verbal jabs”. Reminds me more of Khan, than Stark. Love it.
I cannot speak about social and cognitive pieces yet (kinda kazy weekend since it’s so cold here).

You and @SwedishBuddha have both commented on feeling horniness on this sub… I don’t remember reading anything like that in the features. And to me that’s a positive quality worthy of nothing… it adds a extra oomph or zest to life.

Interesting.
Had very intense dream last night which ended with a young/pretty evil witch trying to keep me rooted/trapped in some ally. For the last several weeks I’ve had almost zero dreams.
I posted a bit on my journal about the same, although the gestalt of this sub is very difficult to put into words; last night at 2 or 3 in the morning (after my post midnight stroll) I was reading the copy again and insights were coming faster than I could write them down (and mostly all I could do was sit with the thoughts and acknowledge their validity and deep nature anyway). Energetically, this is a whole different beast from regular Stark which I usually only noticed the energetic effects in any pronounced form after a scooby snack. Must be the new tech.
