I’ll throw this out there.

I advocated for more masculinity. But why would I do that if I’m being successful already?

What is really important to me is knowing how to protect myself. And Stark wasn’t a buff dude. He was a brainiac.

I’ll move for a enhanced PCC to be a step ahead of my detractors. All battles are won internally first.

The main feature of stark that always stood out was the fame scripting. Thats would I’d like ultimately extracted and elaborated on from a personal standpoint

Not for Stark i believe the influenzing aura enhanced would be more appropriate.

For me, Stark is the closest sub for Product work that involves a loot of different activities: creative thinking for new product ideas, enhancing existing ones, number affinity to check your KPI/OKRs in check, tech savvy so you can have discussions with you devs, marketing, social for meeting clients, getting the team to support your goal. Curiosity, ballz to try new things.

Based on MY experience with Stark and all the subs mentioned below, here’s what I would like to see added / changed:

  1. More brain power. I agree with @Azriel that ROM is superior to Stark in terms of mental clarity, focus, processing power. I feel QL4 is also better, especially in system thinking. So what I would like: is more focus, clarity from ROM/QL. Maybe a bit of Index Gat for the techy part, but I did not run this sub at all.
  2. More confidence. I think Genesis got the confidence part PERFECT. Not the “I’m the king of the world, no one is like me” Emperor. Also WB confidence level is amazing in a work environment, but I’ve only been running this for about a month. The idea is that with both these you are extremely confident, but also chill enough to process new information that can change your opinion.
  3. More centered, than the special butterfly: what do I mean by this is not “more masculine”, but maybe a bit more HOM way of looking at problems: take a step back, consider a holistic approach, process 3-4 ideas, rank them. Also applies to interactions with people: listen more, rather that pushing your agenda. Again, I found interactions on Genesis superior to Stark in a work environment, in terms of getting people aligned and supporting what I want.
  4. This one will be controversial haha, but less fame scripting. I believe that in the innovator role, you are pushing ideas and you should not shy away from fame. But mostly fame should be the effect of you being super smart, having great ideas, getting people to rally to get those ideas to reality, saying what you think if it’s best for the product, and not necesarry you looking fame. Sometimes I find myself positioning things in a certain way, just so I have a more “positive image”.
  5. Charm. With Stark, I always lose that “edge” when interacting with women in a work environment. I love it when with Wanted/Khan/WB there’s that extra spark that makes interactions with women so much easier because they are in awe with your presence. With Stark, that is gone. so again, maybe a bit more of WB presence.
  6. More Polymath scripting: any day in the product life means: creativity, tech, numbers, people. More RM to support this would be more than welcomed.
  7. Calmer. Way calmer. This is a big one :smiley: Whenever I run Stark, it’s like I’m a bunny on adderall. Chill TF a bit mr Stark :smiley:

Stark is all about creating value and taking it out into the world. That’s it. That’s the main goal.

The fame, intelligence, innovation, charm, charisma, etc. are supportive goals that help the goal of creating as much value in the market place as possible.

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with Stark. I think the masculinity and assertiveness are to the point.
Sometimes it can make you overly social and overly friendly when you’re the one doing the talking, but I guess that’s okay.

All the other subs like Emperor, Khan, Ascension are about YOU, Stark isn’t.

Stark does also have some form of internal development, etc, but it’s supposed to build a man that has all the qualities that support the main goal of CREATING VALUE in the world.

It’s an extremely externally driven subliminal and that’s how it should be.

I love Stark. Don’t change it.

In my mind it’s not about changing Stark.
It’s more adding to Stark all the lessons lerned from later subs like ROM, Genesis, WB. I agree with you thats Starks is about creating value, but if you read my message, I think every point I make is to help you create more value either on your won, or with the support of others.

Of course, if these “lessons” from the newer subs help optimize Stark’s scripting and improve its functionality, then yes, it should be included.

But for me, Stark works incredibly well already.

It would be great if we could add features of ROM into Stark but not have the spiritual stuff.

I am afraid of using ROM as i dont want to become religious or spiritual.

Thats why I highlighted “my experience”. I love Stark, ran it for 2+ years, had amazing results with it.
But I also need to be objective when there are better subs supporting my current goals, hence I underlined, based on my experience, useful adjustements for someone in product management in tech. Especially with senior positions(I’m head of product), all those additions would support the product/innovator role better in my opinion.

Well, what I’v read so far about Stark is that it, actually, needs to be left alone as it is. No need to improve it.

Finally, I agree with that.

BUT.

All Brand New Sub is already exist in “SC collective mind” and its coming is predicted.

Fame, definitely masculinity boost, cognitive enhancement and persuade features.

Its a social/business butterfly. Fresh air innovative Magician (i.e. right brain psychology, masculine energy).

Call it Arcane ZP of something like that.

So, some people will chooses Stark and somebody, like me, @RockyHandsome and other guys will prefer new one.

Win-win solution.

Something tells me that Stark fans will change to this new sub in blink of an eye :laughing:
