First, congratulations on sticking to your promise of running your previous stack for approximately 3 months without jumping on the new products! I think that deserves to be said.
There’s not a lot of EoG journals yet, but it appears to be a gentle journey so far, more about inspiring you into action than about punishing you. What you could do is to run EoG alone for a bit first. If you find that your experience is heavy enough that Sanguine’s confidence booster will help you to stay motivated, you can opt to run it alongside EoG. I think that as far as stacking modules go, it is actually quite a decent match to EoG.
However, if you choose to add Sanguine, don’t run it only on the days that you feel bad. That’s like drinking coffee when you’re already exhausted, it has little chance of waking you up because it’s fighting an uphill battle. You have to start drinking it before you get tired.
If you choose to run Sanguine, just run it every day next to EoG during that stage. Stop using it when you enter the next stage to test if you still need it.
Good to hear you’re committing to a long-term investment. I notice you’ve also increased your exposure over the past months, that is important as well for EoG. You really need to immerse yourself in it.
