Khan And It's Effects OnPMO / Masturbation Addiction

Khan can only help if you understand the mechanisms of addiction.

Addiction loops are a defensive mechanism.

It’s basically:

“You’re on the edge of reaching a new level, upgrading your baseline, and transforming into a greater version of yourself and reality? Quick, numb yourself so you don’t have to face that challenge or uncertainty.”

“Whoa… new baseline? That means more expectations, more responsibility. Let’s go back to the old comfort zone.”

Your internal system by default is designed to naturally align itself and process things. You’re hardwired to level up and move forward. This is why when people stop the addictions, they start to realize and gain new insights about themselves or their life because their natural processing system is no longer being continuously numbed out by their addiction. With that unimpeded processing, you naturally move forward in life towards the things you want and your higher good.

The addiction is not because the behavior is irresistible, it’s because the emotional/mental state without it feels intolerable. The habit isn’t driven by the reward, it’s driven by the relief from negative emotion.

You don’t even need a subliminal to quit your addictions - all you have to do is understand why you’re doing what you’re doing, and choose how you want to respond to that. For example: If you run Khan and get the urge to PMO, then you understand that it means you’re trying to avoid moving forward - so you simply opt to not do that because you have a choice. That’s how I do it for myself anyways, lol. Good luck.

I have a theory that hero the light that shines stage 1 may well help.

Absolutely on the money here. Hero Origins or Hero Earth will dismantle the old patterns of “I need to feel wanted,” “I need to be desired,” or “I’ll take any stimulation just to feel alive". That can feel like a drop in libido because you’re not getting those easy dopamine spikes from fantasy, attention, or low-effort arousal.

KB is definitely the ticket, especially stage 1, but I’d say the other stages are not devoid of assistance either.

I will mention it’s not a magic bullet, even though it’s probably one of the best subs for it (and this is the month for investigating that solution, lol). If you are a very intellectual, inquisitive or explorative person, beating PMO may be more challenging than for “average” people.

What you are likely to find, and I base this off my own experience, is that there are several different paths the sexual energy can travel down, and as a result a couple of different projections for how long it will take to beat the habit.

I would probably suggest (New) Regeneration with KB might be more efficient, because I have noticed Regeneration helps to stop you from repressing desires within the subconscious with too much force. That way, it allows the problem to be more in your face so you can confront it and examine it for what it really is. Repressing it through sheer force of will without close examination is a more difficult and less foolproof path than not repressing yet witnessing.

The reason I mention intellectual or inquisitive nature is that beating PMO, especially if it is a well established habit, means shutting or redirecting all the gates to giving yourself permission to go down that road. Once you have shut down the purely pleasure based pathways, you need to deal with the demonic and/or spiritual, which often appears on the surface to be purely mental at first.

Since astral parasites feed off the lower natures, including lust, they will often present one with “thoughts” such as the need to “test” your ability to resist the messaging present in pr0n, or other novel ideas that give you “permission” to experiment. Such as “I really need to understand at a deep level what motivates this desire for PMO, so why don’t I just do it and then watch very closely what happens in my mind and body…”. In other words, you will come up with any seemingly logical excuse other than purely pleasure based motivations to go down that same pathway. This is usually at the same time as the sexual energy surges again, or is high enough to have a strong impact on decision making.

So when I say explorative, inquisitive, intellectual etc will have a harder time, it’s mainly because there is a greater range of circumstances that will lead to you considering the idea of PMO, and a greater tendency towards self-justifying your own actions.

When I originally started with KB, it did take me several cycles to get the tendency towards PMO down. I also found at the time that RoM helped me, but it may or may not help you. It’s more likely to if you are a very intellectual person (which a lot of people with a tendency towards PMO are). You may need to let go of the need to remove the problem in a short period of time, because any habit which is as heavily entrenched as PMO (which is heavily linked to the subconscious) is going to require the same kind of level of force applied in the other direction, and this naturally means that adjusting your own relationship with this sexual aspect of your being may take longer than you expect, and it is best to maintain patience with your own failures in order to establish the new behavior.

I think if any subliminal that is geared for the intellect should help lower the desire to masturbate. So I guess yeah KB1 with another intellect product ?

RoM was more useful for the meta level of mind, ie witnessing process and so on, as well as it protective aura at the time. I wasn’t recommending using any particular intellectual product, although I suppose it could help in sublimating energy.

But in my mind stopping PMO has to do with a more general set of problems which can be addressed at the same time. and for which subs are only a tool to orient the mind.

I was able to control PMO while i used KB1, but i also generated a lot of energy.

I eventually PMO’ed.

I have know about the easy way to stop smoking book by allen carr being really effective.

I found out he has something for porn and i finished it in 2 days. I have been PMO free ever since. I think someone on the forum also suggested its effective.

He writes the book in a way like its reading hypnosis. It truly works and it was effortless: https://read.easypeasymethod.org/

By using an intellect based sub any sexual energy generated is channeled into something creative. When I listen to my Hero Origins/KB3 i never get horny. It channels the energy to other things apart from sex.

it never worked for me, unfortunately :frowning:

You can try other shit it isn’t the end of the world

Like a XYZ challenge

No porn for 14, 21, 30 days

Try other methods to jerk off

  • Like standing up
  • Be mindful of your breath while you jerk off breath in form your balls up the spine and let it out tell the air washes over the front in back into your balls
  • Mirror masturbation
  • Edging

You will get in tune with your breath, your eroticism , turn yourself on, have some pleasure and probably get tried( standing ), might even pop and be like shit damn maybe I should be doing this with a person.

Why it’s considered as lower, is having a higher libido bad thing, I see this notion everywhere but I don’t understand

no worries, I’ve found my methods to quit the addiction. I am just curious as to why it works for some and doesn’t work for others

Funny enough, out of all people in my immediate surroundings who are smoking and read the Allen Carr’s book, none were able to quit either

Why do I speak of lust as being part of the lower nature?

In some respects this is a “why is the sky up?” kinda question, but I’ll try to ignore that fact and answer as if speaking to an alien from another planet.

By lower nature is meant the entirety of the consciousness that is trapped in the habitual, matter bound illusion which is physical reality.

Sex and the physical pleasure associated with it is important to the procreation of the species as well as human bonding, and is not a bad thing. It provides us with one of the major sources of inspiration for action - for example to impress a potential mate, or to provide a better environment to ones children, present or future. So while we’re living on this level of reality, sex and sexual thoughts will be part of the great cycle of life and is neither “higher” or “lower”, it just is.

The problem begins with the materialist, separatist mind set. This is the type of thinking that can look at a woman and say “that’s a fine piece of ass”, make quips about the size of their mammary glands, and so on, rather than acknowledging the spirit living inside that body first and foremost. This is the very reason the ten commandments had the injunction against coveting various things (wives, property and so on). The seven deadly sins (gluttony, pride, sloth, lust, greed, envy, wrath) can only exist in this same type of mind set which is separate from everything else containing consciousness.

We speak of them as the lower nature because they operate in the realm of the senses and ignore the existence of divine presence, or consciousness. It is easy to do because, full of the taste and smell of it all, and the loud mad rush of sensory input, the presence recedes into the background. And so finally at the end of this long process of alienation from reality, we end up in the realm where pure imagination such as an image of sexual acts on a screen coaxes us into creating this state internally within our own being equivalent to what we see/hear, and we become intoxicated by something that is not real.

What someone is really doing when they are jacking (or jilling) off is really using imagination to shift their own state because they identify with the temporary thrill. It’s like someone who watches the Avengers movies or Ironman twenty times.

Once you can really grok exactly what masturbation or watching porn really is, you can really grasp its futility and grasp the greater potential present beyond it. It’s basically an inversion of the positive processes - falling in love with a projected imagination of what exists and deadening or desiring to change the true reality.

With all that said, a thousand flowery words don’t mean shee-it, so running the subs (like KB, ARA, HeO, GLM etc) and then considering such things, you’ll get more out of it than just seeing words on a screen.

I would say they have to go through the entire book, not pick and choose chapters. Its a form a gradual hypnosis, skimming through the book does not work.Skipping chapters also does not work.

For me i’ve been a porn addict for more than 12 years. I truly believed i could not stop it.

Will power method failed me after 45 days, same with nofap and other methods. My max was 3 months but it still felt like a struggle. I still wanted to jerk off. Its like my entire body craved it even after 90 days.

When i heard about that book, i was like fuxk it lets just read this book like how its recommended in the first chapter. I didnt jump any chapters and heck i didnt even want to stop PMO even while reading it but then gradually, i just quit.

And now i have zero urges and even when some of the subs raise my libido to high levels. I can easily divert that energy elsewhere. I can still jerk off if i want to but there is no mental compulsion.

Anyway thats just my review of the book

What book are you talking about?

Bro, one reason it worked for me was i removed the mental belief that PMO gave me any benefit.

Most of us think its a stress reliever or something, but its anything but that.

High libido is an expression of vitality, and sexuality is a divine creativity.

Lust being “lower”, “negative”, “evil”, “draining”, “base”, “impure”, “immoral”, is the esoteric projection of people in those communities who haven’t done any shadow work.

All of those semantics do is condition people to be ashamed of their own sexual expression.

I have a friend who is a sex coach (I myself almost went into that niche of coaching but opted for fitness instead) and I can’t tell you how many people’s sexual blockages and sexual issues come from religious upbringings based on shaming and conditioning them to feel unsafe in their own sexual expression.

Here is something to consider - in what contexts are sexual desire and lust detrimental?

When it’s disrupting your relationships or ability to connect with people, interfering with daily or long-term goals, and manifesting as compulsive addictions. Basically, when it’s at the expense of something more important in your life. It all depends on how it’s used and how it’s expressed, therefore it cannot be fundamentally negative or detrimental.

Calling libido bad makes no more sense than calling fire evil because it can burn a house down. It depends on the wielder and what they do with it.

Lust can be fun, playful, and creative, and connect you even deeper to your partner through intimacy. When you allow yourself to fully and authentically feel it, then it allows to be more open and vulnerable. When you have desire and you’re present in it, then you can use it as a gateway to experience another person more fully - on every level. It can ramp up the emotional intensity, making experiences more powerful, meaningful, and even transcendent in nature - in a way that can change you or someone else’s life for the better. You can use it to amplify your connection to someone, heighten passion, and deepen your bond with them - a celebratory union. The sexual desire can be appreciated consensually to expand one another through the vehicle of the senses (senses being pathways for energy to express, uplift, unify, and empower), or it can be used to disconnect, push away, escape, and objectify. Who determines how it’s used and expressed? If an individual, collective, or community, has never experienced sexuality in a positive or beneficial manner, and is incapable of doing so given where they are at in their development - then how will they be inclined to deem, label, or judge it? And there you have it, lol. Most people are not describing sexuality or lust, they’re describing their own relationship to it. We see things not as they are, but as we are.

Extract whatever you can from this post that will help you put those doubts to rest.

Khan Black is also one of the best subliminal products for mastering your sexuality and sexual energy. It might be worth checking out if you haven’t already.
