So after getting tested, it turns out I do have gastritis and today Im starting the treatment officially. The good thing is that Ive been taking medication for the last 2 weeks and I feel much better.

Im gonna stop my custom for the rest of the cycle and replace it with Paragon. As long as Im doing my treatment, then resume.
Changed my mind… Im sticking with my custom and EmpD.
I dont feel bad, I only need to take antibiotics, so no need to change a stack that works perfectly.

I was worrying a bit and took a shower, while in the shower I thought, last night I made a decision based on the information I had and acted accordingly. Of course theres always the chance that things go the undesired way in the short term, but in the long term theres always going to be more opportunities.
After showering I wash the dishes and went back to my PC, now Im being filled up with the same sense of peace in my chest, burning from the heart, this time its stronger.
Another cause of stress got revealed, the fear of being wrong, the often freezing fear of making the wrong decision.

Summary of the day:
Went to the chiropractor and he worked my neck, shoulders and lower back, went out feeling super relaxed, took a walk for an hour to appreciate how my body improves.
Pain is diminishing bit by bit, I have more flexibility and an increase in my range of motion.
The thing thats becoming more obvious is how I have lived my life in a constant state of tension, my nervous system alway on alert and now that Im learning to relax more Im more present in my body.
Still my lower back and hip remain locked up, but working on loosing it.
Went to train Systema and thats when the changes became clearer.
About the Art of Happiness and Joy, it is really an art and its expressing in interesting ways, the main ones are:
Its quite a big difference compared to just 3 days ago, but still the beginning of a long process.
The first two loops spinned my mind in to a shift in consciousness, an opening up. Now is the time to walk the path to where it takes me.
I listened to EmpD and AoH early this morning as usual, then slept some more to have some weird dreams.
Anyways Im going to the beach right now till Saturday or maybe sunday, to see a friend.
I passed by on the opportunity to go out tonight with a girl to test the sexual scripting of EmpD and also passed on a house party next saturday with a lot of women.
Why? At this moment of my life theres nothing more important than to reach the highest level of inner peace possible and make money.
The option which gives me more joy and peace is going to the beach for a couple of days and hang out with my bro, who is also in the same line of business.
Thats right! I’ll be trading with my feets in the salty waters of the ocean.
What is it with me and the beach that puts me in such a melancholic mood?

I ended this cycle today, 4 already with my custom and 1 with EmpD.
I might take a rest while I decide what to do next.
On one of those funny coincidences, right after beginning AoH, I was invited to the beach and I have done nothing else, but to be in contact with nature. Im walking barefooted, swimming in the ocean, bathing in the sun and sleepeing a lot.
The intense energy, the clean air, the silence, are all gifts that when you live in the city you forget about.
Its way more significant that I was considering to go live by the beach for a while before starting AoH and now this experience felt like a preview of what it can be.
Such a scenic view. Being there would have been a 1000 times more wonderful.
You bet! As opposed as yesterday, today we have a pretty cold day.
Which is fun, because day 1 was water day, a lot os swimming in the ocean, yesterday was earth day, walking barefooted on the sand and the hill. Jokingly I said last night that tomorrow on summer solstice we will have fire day. Now the climate is begging for a huge fire.
