I’m relocating to a new state and getting a fresh start somewhere else. Finding a new job that’s chill and pays me a decent amount. I might rotate AOH and RM Vibes because I really want to get back into my music and stop having that continually pushed into the background. But right now my stack is maxed out, I wish I could fit more.

I love AoH.

For me it’s the most powerful SC title, because it’s so low key and you can run it always no matter the goals. It’s incredible easy to make it a habit, a very normal but integral part of your life.

It is in many ways the equivalent of these ducktape temporary arrangement that run for decades and better than anything you could have carefully planned.

I forgot to mention, but the Venusian girl is totally getting some benefits from AoH just by being around me.

I personally believe we exchange a lot sexually with others, and I think she’s absorbing some of the vibes from the subs I’ve been listening to.

Basically, I went to her place yesterday, and when I got there, everything was transformed. She put up new curtains, rearranged the furniture, and added new decorations. The energy in her house feels so much nicer now. It instantly reminded me of AoH aspects.

Edit: note: I ran two small loops of this when it first came out along with a WB/RotNW custom, and I feel it might’ve been counterproductive for the romance results I was getting, but maybe I was just overloaded.

I realized after writing todays journal entry how much this title is reflected:

I’m experiencing some intense processing, which I expected after experimenting so much this month. Last night, I went to bed earlier than usual and woke up early as well. In the spirit of LBFH, I wanted to mention a book. It’s called Mind Hacking Happiness, there are 2 volumes. But I just wanted to put it out there and see what happens if somebody read that book along with GHJ.

I did my first loop of AOH yesterday morning. I stacked it with Khan, not knowing what to expect. It was a beautiful experience.

I was just reading the AOH salespage, because I did a 3 minute loop yesterday morning. My first loop.

I had some good memories, which were just natural. I went into work feeling like I had a little more control over the tension from Khan, so I laughed easier and without normal inhibitions.

The first confirmation it was working came from my supervisor. He’s usually grumpy in the mornings, having taken on a lot of needed work for the position and doing long hours daily.

He said I was happy. I’d also got him a coffee when I got myself one. I just felt uninhibited to move forward without fear, so I did.

I got on my route like normal. I noticed something different. I always notice other professional drivers in the areas I’m in…and I easily accommodated them when sharing lanes. I slid into a role I’ve shared before, that of an accommodating younger brother. I didn’t feel tense or scared there either. I enjoyed fulfilling that role.

Pride, or fear of being hurt again, has kept me from enjoying this. I just wasn’t afraid. I’m still enjoying the memories. This is huge.

I then went into an upscale area, enjoying myself with one couple who were observing me. The woman said she remembered me from another location they’d lived in, and I confirmed it. It was truly pleasant catchup with them.

From what we’ve observed, even when experiencing recon, you may notice that you are highly aware of what’s being triggered.

This morning, I wrote of doing my first loop of AOH yesterday. I felt bodily discomfort about an additional experience, so I created a separate post.

While writing that separate post, I realized why I was uncomfortable. I’m on Khan St.2, and the dominance push clashed with childhood beliefs that being dominant would prevent (my mom) from loving me.

I was right in the middle of talking with a woman and that conflict rose up. I began forcing smiles.

But yes, I saw that easily while writing. Normally I’d be locked up in my gut. AOH made identifying that incredibly easy.

Khan seems to be kicking in, and it’s unexpected. Very unexpected.

That statement comes from a mentality that has rigidly pushed away feeling good, feeling successful…feeling ok with things going right.

Maybe it’s AOH allowing me to say “Yes!” to good things. All I know is I’m enjoying it. I’m not used to it, shown by feeling some habitual anxiety over someone I need to possibly face in minutes. Because normally, I look for things to go wrong. I’ve helped it happen many a times.

I’m liking this. I’ll keep AOH with Khan. It allows me to say yes to success, confidence, even…who knows…love?

I’ll take that. I’ve pushed that away too for … well, as long as I’ve been pushing success and happiness away. I don’t feel desperate. I just feel open…willing…allowing long held desires to bloom.
