First, I have to avoid recon much more than the customer. I am also an avid Qigong practitioner and didn’t want to overload or tax my energetic systems. I was using KB to boost the Qigong, not vice versa. I proceed very slow and with focus and discipline when engaging with anything.

I just started qi gong 2-3 weeks ago, and granted I’m very new to this; but wouldn’t qi gong generate more energy to execute subs ?

EDIT: I guess context matters a lot here, and the sub in topic was KB which expands the amount of sexual energy, so I can see where putting too much energy thru the body can be a problem. Does this only apply to energy intensive subs like KB? Because like I said I started qi gong but I also do very much like the strategy of building up to a full 15m loop.

listen to no more than 30 seconds of a single loop

Got result in an hour with WB, i was absent from forum & abused myself with full loop or 7 - 8 mins , months gone by sometimes where I didn’t listen to any sub & when i listened there was no effect whatsoever but while reading one title description stumbled upon this after 1 or less than 1 hour got instant result & its like miracle, will start journaling again

Under the progressive microloop strategy, you would listen to all three titles at the appropriate length in the same day. If that’s 30s, you’d listen to all three at 30s. Following day would be a rest day, where you would analyze your inner state, looking for recon. If there is none, you can attempt a higher rate of exposure the next day.

That is a great news
For example, if after 1 or 2 months I manage without recon to fully listen all 3 Titles in the same day at 15 minutes each, it is ok to continue like this? No rotation, just the 3 titles for the next 2-3 cycles:
Day 1: Title 1, Title 2, Title 3 (15 minutes each)
Day 2: rest
(maybe Day 3): rest
Day 4: Title 1, Title 2, Title 3 (15 minutes each)

This reminds me back in the Qv2 when I have had the same schedule.

And also what about stack rotation? How many days between removing Title 3 and adding Title 4 in a new cycle?

We can… officially use 3 titles on the same day as long as we approach it responsibly?

I thought I was being a bit reckless by experimenting with 3 titles on the same day with the new schedule (even though one is not going above 10s).

Turns out we have the green light all along, rofl.

Do you have any title with anti-recon? I think you can do 3 titles in 1 day if at least 1 title has anti-recon tech

It really does carry over in my experience, if you run a title with anti-recon in it first. It unlocked an older title that I had name embedded before, but which was difficult to run in the 10s to 30s range. Now I can easily run it for over a minute with no noticeable backlash. Anything uncomfortable that has come up I’ve been able to deal with in a few minutes of contemplation. No more extended emotional rollercoasters that almost incapacitate my daily life. It works really well, at least for me.

Are micro loops enough?

Same for me…with just 30s of my LB/KB Custom and 30s of RoS I had like 2 days of processing and no I have 2 days of execution that goes on and on, with headaches and deep releases from my nervous system. Ill try to lower and hope that Anti Recon from GLM will help. I mean…I get massive results, but very deep recon on the first day. And also today I was led down to beliefes about the deepest parts of my life. Fundamental changes are happening currently.

So, the new schedule is currently only applicable if you have one of these in the stack:

IC
DD:TS
AEON
HLB
Spartan: Beast Unleashed
GLM
and Wanted in a few days

It can be tested with any ZP title, but especially with the newer titles with the anti-recon tech.
