William’s Winning Wayfare

Pretty quickly actually, in the first cycle. I didn’t understand recon back then so it would be results but followed by harsh recon

Store title first two months then customs since

Have you written a review of it so far?

No actually, I still feel like I have work to do on it before I feel ready to fully review it

DRR3 30m WB 8s

I took a little break from the forum to stop myself from spilling any more than necessary.

WB is great.
I’m starting to adapt & get used to its results.
I was amazed, but nowadays, the results seem normal. It’s just a part of my daily life.

I can’t believe how well this super short exposure has been working so far.

This is the last day of my cycle. 15 on 5 off.
I’m sure I’m ready to take the 8s this time.
If not, I have 5 days’ worth of washout to reset.

The burst of recon from DRR3 has died down.
It was weird, but it could be from 10s (7+3s) of WB too.

I’m kinda missing HeO.

The drop from taking a break from it is significantly better than the first time I took one back then.
Something clicked when I ran HeO this year, and the effects are not leaving as quickly when I take a break from it again now.

I’d love to include it in my stack again soon, but I gotta maximize my limited time with DRR3.
I only have 6 months to use it before i switch to DRR4 for a year.
I want as much focus on it as possible.

DRR3 is that good.

Good enough for me to take another extended break from HeO.
It hits straight to where I need it the most.

Update 1:

I think WB’s fashion sense scripting is indirectly affecting my creativity.
I’ve been adding some little touches to my living space, and now everything looks a lot more pleasant, even with just a few touches.

This feels like how WB affects my fashion sense, but instead of what I wear/how I look, it’s affecting how I modify my surroundings.

Update 2:

The “not clicking” from 8s is gone.
I’m ready for 9s next cycle.

I’m starting to think that “kitchensinking” is caused mostly by too much exposure.

A sort of recon.

Because if the exposure is right, you will have enough time & space to naturally find the best way to incorporate and adapt the results into your life, without getting overwhelmed.

It’s like getting better tools & access.
You can use those when you decide to do the other aspects of your life, instead of getting sucked too much into them.

And in some circumstances, it will help your main goals by providing a better quality of balance using the results from the “kitchensink” sub.

*Edit:
Idk how to write this without accidentally suggesting that “kitchensinking is good”, even in moderation.
Well, I think you get the point anyway if you read this.

I can confirm that 8s is clear now.

It took almost a month, but i was able to get it done finally.

Taking it this slow is the right move, if i could do it all over again, i’d stick with this spaced out slow increment.

I’m not sure if i’m ready for 10s yet.
Well, i know i am, but not without a bit more recon than i’m willing to deal with.

I have been getting consistent & better results using shorter playtime anyway.
There’s no incentive to push too much too quickly.

Update 1:

I think I understand why i got the feeling of “not connecting”.
Nowadays, instead of feeling that something is not connecting, it feels clear.
But I got new signals/intuitions that follow some of my actions, and I don’t know how to interpret it.

Should I continue with what I’m doing?
Should I stop? change?

It feels like I have my own internal mentor, and it has been an interesting streak of self discovery.
I learned to stop when one comes, then I learned to change when the other new signal shows up, but there is one that I’m still not sure about. So far, I think it tells me more about what’s happening than what to do.

There is still a lot to experiment with, but at least I’m standing on firm ground, rather than being lost in the cloud of “not connecting” as before.

About the kitchensinking
I think it makes a huge difference if you’re disciplined enough to tinker with these quantum loops of less then 10 seconds or not.
Looking at most WB question threads, people with no base run WB with short loops of 3-8 minutes.
And then they complain about recon and no results.

Given, you’re very sensitive to subs. I need to run subs mostly for at least a cycle to feel a change. Recon as well creeps up over time, without being obviously disturbing.

I feel like it also depends on the subliminals chosen, making 2 customs 1 with Ascended mogul + Paragon and another with spartan and Lots at microloops shouldnt be a problem

I should have included the examples too, since I was thinking about WB, LBFH & RM:UWX.

With all 3 of them, I felt the focus was yanked away from my main goals, but when i dropped WB to <7s, LBFH to ~5m, and not using full loops for RM:UWX, I felt the focus was stabilized; much easier to integrate into my life.

WB is one example, but it’s also the one that made me aware of this the most.

Yeah, it’s either no result, or the results take the focus away too much.

That’s true. I often think people have similar experiences with how noticeable subs are, but even my friends who are using SC aren’t as sensitive as I am.

Yeah, I’m using 30m of DRR3 now besides WB, not a problem at all.
It depends on the sub.

The effects are not “dipping” as quickly in this washout period.

Something in WB has clicked and is giving me a more lasting change.

DRR3 is still working well.
I’m still in the process of adapting to what it has been guiding me towards.
It’s my favorite of the three stages since it fits my healing goals the best, but it does require the foundation laid by the previous two.

Update 1:

This is the next day.

I finally got the dip.
So the threshold increased from 2 to 4 days of not using WB.

This is either a good progress, or 15 on 5 off is better than 11 on 4 off at retaining the active effects from the super short WB runs. Could be both.

I still prefer shorter loops, this cycle feels like it was getting closer to subtle overload symptoms territory. But it was not as bad as when i used more than 13 on 5 off a year ago.

I’ll work with increasing my WB sweetspot until i can use more rest days & shorter cycles again. Now, it still needs more listening frequency to maintain the results.

Update 2:

OH IT FUCKING CLICKED.
Took me long enough, but now I understand this is what WB is leading me towards.
A deep introspection about my actions showed me a clear hint.

If I’m right, then DRR3 is exactly what I need for WB.

I’m starting to see how WB can conflict with LBFH if WB’s foundation is not set yet.

I’m also starting to notice how much LBFH has changed me, it’s as if I’ve had this thought pattern my whole life, when in fact, i just established it 1-2 years ago.
The results are so potent & natural. It’s also long lasting.

How do I explain the “click”…

It’s a part of WB’s “mysteriousness” that I thought would conflict with my cheerful nature, but it’s actually just a tool I can use to express my nature in a different way.

It’s still the same me, but expressed differently.
It doesn’t replace
it adds tools to my arsenal
it gives me more options
and it teaches me how to use them.

I feel like I’ve written this before, but the depth & variety of the understanding is different.
I might not gonna phrase this accurately, but it’s as if I’m given the opportunity to use another tool instead of sticking/clinging/staying with the one I’m using.

Rather than sticking to using scissors, I’m becoming more aware & adept at noticing how I can use a wire cutter instead.

They both cut, but a wire cutter is more appropriate for some situations than scissors.
The wire cutter doesn’t replace the scissors; it just adds more options that I can use.
I’m not replaced just because there is a wire cutter; it’s still me who controls the tools.

The experience of using WB is like discovering that I have a wire cutter in my toolbox all along, and having a wire cutting expert(lol) that guides me on how to use it.
Sometimes it feels weird to use a wire cutter, but once I get used to it, it becomes clear why it’s better to use it. I can still use the scissors if I want to, but the wire cutter does the job better.

DRR3 30m WB 8s

WB for 8s feels normal now.
It feels smooth enough that i believe i can go to 9s without much obstacles.

The “clicking” made the path clearer.

I’ll still take it slow.
Hopefully i can reach 12s this cycle.
I’ll also stick with 15 on 5 off for now.

I prefer shorter cycles, but i need to compromise because of WB’s short exposure, so i can keep its effects from dipping too often.

The more I feel I’m in a safe environment, the more i also manifest it into my life.

Update 1:

There is none of that “not connecting” feeling anymore, but I’m still at the early stage of adapting what I got from getting the “click” a few days ago.
A lot of new stuff I’m still experimenting with to understand what the new intuition/awareness from WB.

It feels like i can “penetrate” (:smirk:) people’s lives more effortlessly.
People are just more open & trusting of me.

I would have thought this was what I would get from HeO, but it came from WB instead.
Well, social skills are not HeO’s focus. So it kinda makes sense.

I feel anxious.
It’s most likely because I got a jetlag, but i’m not taking any chances.
I’ll reset WB back to 4s.

I can start microlooping DRR3 & HeO too.
I think it’s unnecessary to microloop HeO. I’ve been using it for more than a year after all.
But at the same time, I already got most of what HeO has to offer. I’d prefer “losing” potential results from HeO if that means I’d get a lower chance of being overloaded.

I can’t say the same with DRR3. I want the most out of the sub.
It is super useful for what I need, but I can only run it for 6 months total before I need to change it to DRR4. But I’ll bite the bullet. I’ll spend 2 months microlooping it just for the sake of testing.

I’m not sure how WB will stay in the stack. I could add around ~50s max of any sub on top of any 2 sub stack with no repercussions using the 9-13 on 4-5 off schedule. That, I have tested multiple times throughout the years. The problem is, I have no data on the new schedule.

I want to test it though, but if I see any recon/overload, WB is first on the chopping board.

DRR3 30s HeO 30s WB 2s

It was because of the jetlag.
Well, no reason to rush it either.

I’m gonna be very cautious with WB this cycle, i’m gonna use the new schedule after all.
Advancing doesn’t seem to be the right call for now. I can’t add too many new variables.

I’m gonna restart WB from 2s. +1s every listening day, then reset to 2s again after I reach 10s.
If I feel any recon in the process, it doesn’t matter if it’s from HeO or DRR3, WB is gonna be reset/cut out from the stack.

The results from WB itself, I’m already more than happy with what I have now.
This is way more than what I got from using WB with longer exposure.
There’s nothing new that’s notable enough to write here though, lest I’ll just repeat what I’ve written so many times already. I’m just enjoying the sub a lot.

Update 1:

30s of HeO is stronger than I expected.
Well, if this much is already this good, then there’s no reason to add too much too quickly.
I’m gonna use just +2s every listening day for HeO.

I can’t be too cautious with this new schedule.
I also want to focus on DRR3 more.

Oh…

Glad to see that I don’t need to be overly cautious around using WB in addition to my stack.
I’ll lift the 10s limit for this cycle, but if I spot any recon, WB is going out first.

I was confused whether “no recon” means “no recon at all” or just “no intrusive recon”.
Then I reread the post and found this.

As long as I deem it “minimal”, which should be between “0 recon” and “noticeable recon”, I should be fine to stay/move forward.

whoops, there goes my entire plan again, rofl.

I can’t imagine intensive subs like HeO or DRR to be updated anytime soon.
WB is… even if it’s updated, will <30s have that much of an effect that can make the entire stack viable for the new schedule? I don’t plan to exceed 30s until next year.

Getting a name embed is a no-go too.
I’ll only use DRR3 until december and I’ll make a custom for HeO soon after that.

Time to go back to the ol’ reliable 11 on 4 off.
Or I can just say fuck it and try the new schedule anyway.

Well, “technically possible” is the best kind of “possible”, lol.

I’m already on it, might as well try & see how far I can go with it.
Worst case scenario, I’ll just aggressively cut the exposure/do a washout.

HeO 32s DRR 40s WB 3s

I thought I got this from stacking WB with DRR.
Turns out WB already has it built into its scripting.
This is why I thought WB is modifying DRR’s scripting to work more on its goals.

Update 1:

Adapting to WB is challenging, but fun.
At this phase, it is as if the sub just told me to try shit out and see how they work.
If they’re effective, good. If they don’t, well, now you know.

But what’s important is that it’s telling me to go out of my comfort zone.
It doesn’t do it blindly though, It helps me manifest safe environments (or so i perceive) where I can test things out and be fine. It is also guiding me through the process, manifesting experiences that suit my level of comfort & ability, while also holding my hand along the way without making me too reliant on it.

9s had this much effect, no wonder I felt overwhelmed back then with more.

HeO 34s DRR3 50s WB 4s

“how little can I get away with?” is the theme I’m leaning towards in this cycle.

30s of HeO was enough for what I want.
2-3s of WB was not enough, I gotta increase it to at least 5s like usual.
For DRR3, I don’t know yet. Sometimes its effects are noticeable, but most of the time it’s just like DRR1, an invisible passive holistic buff to everything I do.

Update 1:

I feel tired.

It has been present since a few days ago, but i felt it now after listening to the stack.

It’s most likely just a coincidence that’s not related to subs.
But I’m gonna treat it like it’s a recon anyway.
The potential gain doesn’t outweigh the risk of recon.

I’ll reset HeO to 24s & DRR3 to 30s.
I doubt it’s from WB since I only listened to it for 4s, so I’ll just leave it be.
