It really does carry over in my experience, if you run a title with anti-recon in it first. It unlocked an older title that I had name embedded before, but which was difficult to run in the 10s to 30s range. Now I can easily run it for over a minute with no noticeable backlash. Anything uncomfortable that has come up I’ve been able to deal with in a few minutes of contemplation. No more extended emotional rollercoasters that almost incapacitate my daily life. It works really well, at least for me.
For new listening instruction, title with anti-recon really help.
No yet sadly
I’m interested in anti recon, but I’m trying to only run one title to figure out some things for myself.
Got my answer, Saint did a whole post on this. Sharing for anyone else curious. @SaintSovereign disregard my previous question
This strategy is mainly for those running something with anti-recon. It’s the start of the future ZPU listening recommendations. If you’re using all older titles, you might want to continue with the current listening schedule.
Lower to 10-15s.
Same for me…with just 30s of my LB/KB Custom and 30s of RoS I had like 2 days of processing and no I have 2 days of execution that goes on and on, with headaches and deep releases from my nervous system. Ill try to lower and hope that Anti Recon from GLM will help. I mean…I get massive results, but very deep recon on the first day. And also today I was led down to beliefes about the deepest parts of my life. Fundamental changes are happening currently.

So, the new schedule is currently only applicable if you have one of these in the stack:
Art of War
IC
DD:TS
AEON
HLB
Spartan: Beast Unleashed
GLM
and Wanted in a few days

It can be tested with any ZP title, but especially with the newer titles with the anti-recon tech.
It’s still possible to use with old ZP titles but it’s experimental
That’s true.
I decided to switch to the new one too because I read that.

If you’re using all older titles, you might want to continue with the current listening schedule
But I think saint here is implying that, while it is possible with all older titles, it’s better to use the old listening schedule if there’s no sub with anti-recon in the stack.

Yes, this is what I meant.
If we really can now listen to 3 subliminals a day as long as they have anti recon that would really be amazing,
@AnswerGroup does that mean that now the recommended number of cores for customs are now 3? So we could make 2 customs with 3 subliminals in each?

It means 3 titles not 3 core.
However you can experiment with a custom 3 cores with anti-recon and see how

I’ll compile an exact list later.
I’m looking forward to this list as I want to create a stack involving New Wanted that is made only with ZPU-lite tiles

@SaintSovereign how about for a custom made of older titles (e.g. Paragon Complete & Sanguine: The Elixir) but where the ZPU Experimental Anti-Recon module has been added to the custom?
Did 30s of GLM and Earth and the recon is non existent (maybe a tiny tiny bit), should I raise to 1m or wait until absolutely no recon?
Can someone clear this up for me; So with the new listening instructions with newer anti recon titles, listening to 3 titles in a day and progressively moving up in listening time, does that mean the goal would eventually be(after however many cycles it would take) to listen to each title for 15m, meaning 45m total exposure after having built up exposure tolerance?
@ryder004 Yes, that’s how it should goes.
SaintSovereign explained that when you’ll adjust your exposure by monitoring your daily results & your recon levels, you’ll get accustomed to higher and higher levels of exposure.
So at some point you’ll manage to listen to 15 minutes loops without recon and enjoy the results.

(Throwing in my vote here.)
Let your goals and benchmarks be primarily about your life; not primarily about subliminal listening.
-
Clarify (as well as you can) what you want in your actual life;
-
Create solid plans, steps, and practices for bringing it into your life, and begin following them;
-
Now add your subliminal(s) into the mix
-
Give yourself permission to update ANY of the above three steps, as circumstances require or indicate.
Following the above process (or some variation of it) will lead to many (not ALL) of your questions being resolved.
Question, if I don’t experience recon with 30s I raise to 1m, if I experience recon with 1m I reduce to 30s, but when I go back to 1m? If I don’t experience recon when going back down to 30s?
