This is interesting. I have been thinking about doing something like this, going in cycles and then waving back down starting at a slightly longer time and going up again.
How many listening days are recommended to complete each stage of multi-stage titles?
But isn’t this exactly like the normal cycle, just way less washout/rest days overall?
So the schedule would look like this:
Day 1: Listening (Listening Day 1)
Day 2: Rest
Day 3: Listening (Listening Day 2)
Day 4: Rest
…
Day 59: Listening (Listening Day 30)
Day 60-64: 5 Washout Days
Day 65: Listening (Listening Day 1)
Day 66: Rest
Day 67: Listening (Listening Day 2)
…
Day 71: Listening (Listening Day 4)
Day 72: Rest
(34 Listening Days, 38 Rest + Washout Days)
Normal in comparison:
10 Listening Days, 9 Rest Days, 5 Washout Days per cycle, so 30 Listening Days, 42 Rest + Washout Days.
On a personal note: I am all for less Rest/Washout Days with the new anti-recon tech. Way quicker in processing.
Only these durations are strictly advised ?
Somewhat, but remember that you’re supposed to be using the progressive microloop strategy with this. That means starting with this:
Unless you are willing to commit to that strategy, please doing what you already are. @gdbdboy, you can play with the listening times as long as you are lowering exposure. You can also add more steps between 7m and 15m (like adding 9m, 11m, etc.)
We just have a hard enough time convincing people to test the microloop strategy in the first place. We knew that asking everyone to go from 7m to 9m to 11m, etc. would simply test everyone’s patience. Since most can already handle 15m (with recon), we figured that the person who could work from 30s to 7m would be able to handle the full loop.
How many listening days are recommended to
One full cycle. 30 listening sessions. But, even with a multi-stage, you can do additional cycles of any stage you want (at least the newer multistagers following the tools-based method).
Wait, we have ZPU titles now? Or is New Wanted going to be the first one?
We have ZPU-lite titles. All of the recent releases are ZPU-lite. GLM, HERO, AEON, etc. I’ll compile an exact list later.
Will all the current existing titles go ZPU with anti recon tech or just the new releases?
Like DRR and stuff.
EDIT: Also, is the anti recon module the same thing as the anti recon in the newer titles you mention that already have it?
We will be following the overall pattern of one listening day, followed by a day of rest. This means:
- Day 1: Listening
- Day 2: Rest
- Day 3: Listening
- Day 4: Rest
After 30 listening days a “washout” is required. This means after 30 days of active listening (don’t count the rest days), stop all input from subliminal audio for 5 days. The washout period is necessary to avoid long-term overexposure, as well as allowing all of your experiences to “settle” and integrate.
So, a washout every 2 months?
If the user uses 2 restdays in between, 3 months.
This is amazing.
I wonder since when the anti recon technology in ZPU reached such a capability.
Honestly, I’m very hesitant to give this a go, as I can start to feel the weight even with only 17 active days (9 listening days with 1 rest day in between). It’s not quite recon, but more of a subtle feeling of a weighing overload that messes with my performance & progressively gets more unbearable the closer I get to day 21. That only goes away after a washout.
But I’ll give it a try once my stack has been converted to all ZPU subs.
This pattern of increasing exposure over time should follow this pattern: 30s, 1m, 3m, 7m, 15m (full loop).
Those numbers are very specific.
So the jump between the lengths:
- 30s(30s-1m)
- 2m(1m-3m)
- 4m(3m-7m)
- 8m(7m-15m)
There seems to be a pattern.
We don’t have 5m anymore, and we have the 8m jump straight from 7m to 15m.
I wonder about the reasoning behind the increments here.
I’m guessing they are placed around where the scripting usually takes the depth up a notch.
Or it could be decided mostly from observation instead of placement of the scripting.
But maybe it is for the sake of having a simpler set of instructions for new users to follow.
We knew that asking everyone to go from 7m to 9m to 11m, etc. would simply test everyone’s patience. Since most can already handle 15m (with recon), we figured that the person who could work from 30s to 7m would be able to handle the full loop.
Oh, that’s why, lol.
Yeah, tbh, it does feel like using increments when I’ve reached halfway through the sub is testing my patience. I usually just jump to 15m once I hit the 7m30s point too.
But I didn’t expect it to be the official recommendation, that was surprising. Though I can see the practical reasoning here.
@SaintSovereign since you said that to use the sub for 30 active listening days you need to use microloops, does it mean that once you built up to full loop, you need to go back to original 26 day cycles?
And if that’s the case, how to go about having multiple subs in the stack? Like, for one sub you do 15 min, for another you are at 7, for example.
Is this applicable to both zero point and major title customs?
Please there’s need to elaborate more on these instructions please,
- While counting the 30days did you include the rest days or it’s 30active listening days along with 30 rest days in between?
- If someone is running a dense stack e.g a custom of khan st4 and wanted zp and stacking the custom with Quantum limitless stage 1, does this instructions also apply?

“After 30 listening days a “washout” is required. This means after 30 days of active listening (don’t count the rest days), stop all input from subliminal audio for 5 days”
So it’s like 30 listening days + 30 rest days in between listening days.
So the schedule would look like this:
Day 1: Listening (Listening Day 1)
Day 2: Rest
Day 3: Listening (Listening Day 2)
Day 4: Rest
…
Day 59: Listening (Listening Day 30)
Day 60-64: 5 Washout Days
Day 65: Listening (Listening Day 1)
Day 66: Rest
Day 67: Listening (Listening Day 2)
…
Day 71: Listening (Listening Day 4)
Day 72: Rest
(34 Listening Days, 38 Rest + Washout Days)
I copy Greenman (Thank you Greenman) listening days and ask these 2 questions:
- If we have 3 titles + Aacension Chamber stack. Do we listen to the 3rd boosting title + Ascension Chamber once a week like old 21-day cycle?
- Let say on day 59, we listen to 3 minutes without recon. After 5 rest days, on day 67, do we listen to 3 minutes or reset to 30 seconds and increase again in new 30-listening-day cycle?
Much thank
If I have been doing full loops of the same sub for the past year, should I also start micro looping .

Think of these guidelines as generic instructions intended to fit the greatest number of potential cases.
In order to further refine the instructions, the next variable you pay attention to is:
RECONCILIATION.
If you follow the instructions and do not experience Recon then proceed as instructed.
If you are following the instructions and you do experience recon, then you can downshift by either
- reducing loop time(s)
or
- adding additional rest days.
Recon tells you if you need to downshift.
Decreasing loop length and Increasing rest days are how you downshift.
Other than that, just follow the generic progression (and put your primary focus onto the real-world processes that you’re cultivating).
I guess people who love to rush through stages or quickly jump from one sub to the other aren’t going to love these new guidelines.
For sure!
Me Im happy about the guidelines, I was thinking the other today, why do I have to stop at day 21, I want to go longer.
I guess people who love to rush through stages or quickly jump from one sub to the other aren’t going to love these new guidelines.
You mean because a basic play-period/play-term is now about 60 days?
