Emperor's Journey

We’ve been asked before, if there are some affirmations or mental techniques one could use to help out the processing of our subliminals and achieve faster results.

The answer on average is – no.

This is because when you are utilizing affirmations or some other way to task your subconscious mind to accomplish a task, you are adding to your subconscious processing queue – and our subliminals are already filling the processing queue.

Meaning, our subliminals will overpower any affirmations you are attempting to use – they will barely be doing anything.

This mechanism is also in effect when you utilize some of those manifestation techniques (those that work through the processing queue), meaning you are better off utilizing the take action, listen and journal recommendation. What you could use such techniques for is conscious guidance – however, remember that you are potentially pushing your subconscious into a path that is not optimal for the results you desire as sometimes it is best to let the subconscious find the optimal path for you.

Hence, you need experience with subliminals at the very least if you desire to use manifestation techniques for conscious guidance – and again, the majority of our testers didn’t find much benefit in doing this with our technology.

Now I wonder if I even need any manifestation techniques for now lol - it’s from day 11 of the masterclass

If you want to PM me, there’s a video from a few years ago that has good info on how to do it easily. I was gonna PM you but it’s blocked.

RICH - 3 min

Going to start logging my times here for additional info to anyone who is reading this journal.

The cycle is almost over and honestly I’m too lazy to go through each sub’s objectives and say what I’ve noticed so I’ll just write a condensed version lol - I noticed at least some improvements towards all objectives

Main results:

  • started learning new skill, just woke up one day and randomly decided to do it. So far it’s going great
  • been very productive generally in my day to day life
  • views on social media tripled
  • manifested a quite nice sum of money
  • Generally feeling very good and confident when I’m not in recon
  • Learnt to understand my own recon cycles better and navigate them properly, and not switch stacks all the time - that’s probably the highest potential ROI result haha
  • became more social, many people started messaging me on a daily basis and I’m generally having a good time talking to them. It also doesn’t seem to use up my social battery unless I’m in recon

My cycle officially ends at 4th of May so maybe I’ll update this list if I notice anything else

it’s my 3rd RICH cycle, 1st SB cycle and 1st EOG ST2 cycle.

Also, I’ll potentially have a bit prolonged washout due to certain life circumstances. The bloom is gonna be insane lol

Getting big recon. Got an opportunity to earn some money and sabotaging myself by not working lol - just physically can’t start for some reason. As if I just suddenly stopped seeing any meaning in work and money, don’t know what I want.

I’m still alive, just in monk mode type of phase and sorting out some life stuff

that’s basically the current state of things. Now, looking back at it, recon aside, my choice to run Khan was related to wealth healing. I realized that I was chasing wealth for wealth sake and when I asked myself what do I even want to do with the money I’ll earn, my mind literally went blank lol

And thus my subconscious made me drawn to Khan with the logic of having wealth to support the fun lifestyle. Threw Mogul on top just for additional wealth focus and this combo so far has been DEADLY. I became more social, I’m having way more fun in social interactions, I started having DESIRES again - this is huge, I don’t remember having desires since I was 14 or so lol. I’m talking about desires to travel, to go somewhere, do something, goof around, etc. And also I’m having a ton of enthusiasm and motivation for my work. I bought a course for 3D motion and finished the first part in a week (takes about 4 weeks on average for most students there lol). Roughly 1 more week until I’ll be able to do real paid jobs

Imagine how much garbage there was in my psyche that if I were given all the power in the world, I’d literally have no desire to change my lifestyle of sitting at home, researching stuff/working on something and texting friends sometimes.

and Khan ST1 deals with it for me.

My plan is to use 2 sub stack until I finish all 4 stages of Khan at least. And I’m thinking about keeping Mogul for quite some time until I build strong foundation. I might start throwing some additional EOG or RICH as a third sub after I finish all stages of Khan but it’s gonna be very limited and main focus is going to be on Khan + Mogul anyway

Recon from stage 2 is NASTY. Yesterday was my first day with it. I’m questioning all of my motivations, dropping into nihilism pit. As a result, energy for anything productive is quite low.

But it’s fine. I’m managing to find the solutions for the problems that subliminals bring to surface.

Khan ST2 right?

saving for when in recon

I feel the most congruent with this stackp.

those are very interesting posts. Even though I can’t say that I’m currently deeply pondering on things like reality itself, or other metaphysical questions, I’ve done so a lot in the past. As for right now, it feels sorted out for me. I’m still very curious to try reducing exposure so much

I remember some users had good results of running their stack once per week. I’m going to try it as well in my next cycle.

Third day of washout. Big recon, big doubts, big productivity loss. Somehow my productivity is high when I have more exposure, but at the same time I almost physically feel getting closer and closer to burnout. Almost as if the productivity is some fight or flight response result

With little exposure, recon there’s less recon but also less productivity - and I’m not sure what to do with it.

The main recon culprit is Khan ST2, it seems. I almost want to run away from it lol - I don’t want to think what it makes me think, I’m afraid of journaling it (I’ve made like 10x less entries than with previous stage - literally when I sit down to journal, my brain just blocks and I’m physically exhausted after it lol), I make insane efforts to avoid escapism. ST2 kicked my ass hard, to the point where I’m questioning whether my deepest aspirations are genuine or not. A lot of work is needed here. But it’s rewarding: I’m now closer to knowing what I truly desire and how to build my life in the most productive and enjoyable way for that. I’ll definitely be coming back to this stage, maybe even the next cycle (instead of progressing)

On the bright side, Mogul and LotS don’t seem to produce much recon. Reducing exposure for LotS to 3 minutes was a mistake because I only started getting less results (less workout motivation, less dieting motivation, not really feeling excited for the gym after reducing exposure), while recon is unchanged.

Last listening loop of Mogul was 6 minutes. Not a lot of obvious results from it but I haven’t built up the pathways enough yet. I’ll be playing with exposure to find sweet spot, hopefully getting more productivity/motivation

@Sub.Zero hey, do I understand it right that if I get my exposure right (very little low-level recon, no disturbance of sleep, no insane dreams, etc.) - I should just have a constant flow of greater and greater results without recon?

I did 3 minutes of Mogul and LotS (taking a break from Khan), and had the symptoms of low level recon, described by you (dreams, worsened sleep, relying on subs too much (wanting to listen more) and some agitation). Next time I’ll try playing 1.5 min of each

That’s generally correct. However, I noticed that subliminal reconciliation is not a linear progression toward greater and greater results but rather a cycle. This means that even after experiencing a spike, it doesn’t guarantee you won’t go through another spike, even if you were off subs. However, in general, low-level reconciliation tends to subside gradually, and, simultaneously, the reconciliation blanket that smothers the results gets lifted.

I noticed that running micro loops can cause spikes of acute recon; however, it shortens the overall reconciliation cycle. So, shortening your loops will help you get through recon quicker, but it doesn’t necessarily make the experience smoother.

Glossary:
Reconciliation is the process induced by subliminal input.
Recon refers to the side effects of reconciliation.

What will make the experience smoother then?

The quickest fix is the new recon tech, which helps smooth out reconciliation significantly by allowing you to deal with recon much faster—often on the spot. However, as you know, only a few titles include this technology, so managing recon—especially low-level recon—can still be challenging. Recon tends to be unpredictable and is often overlooked.

The most reliable approach is to monitor your reconciliation and adjust your subliminal exposure accordingly. Low-level recon is a clear sign that your mind needs more time to process the scripting, so it’s important to give it that time. Increasing physical activity, practicing relaxation techniques, maintaining a proper diet, staying hydrated, and getting enough sleep can all make a big difference and smooth out the whole process.

I see. Thank you for the explanation

Will be experimenting further. It’s my rest day after those 3 min loops and I’m not feeling any recon. In fact, I’m getting desired results from Mogul (increased motivation and productivity, specifically); can’t say anything about LotS yet

In this case, I probably experienced a spike of acute recon. I should probably continue with 3 mins? Or maybe decrease it a bit, to like 2-2.5 mins, not cut in half?

It’s hard to tell, as reconciliation is mostly unpredictable—as I mentioned before. This means that even though 3 minutes worked for you this time, it might not work as well the next time you run your sub. As I said earlier, it’s all about monitoring your reconciliation cycle and managing low-level recon when it arises.

My guess is that 3 minutes might be the minimum you can currently handle, and it would be a good idea to gradually increase your exposure—perhaps once a week.

From what I’ve observed, the longer the loops you run, the more rest you need, and the higher the “risk” of experiencing low-level recon. The sweet spot is a theoretical point where there’s little to no low-level recon and results are consistent. However, this sweet spot isn’t static—it’s dynamic. That’s why continuous monitoring of your reconciliation cycle and actively managing recon is essential.
