5 mins of LotS works way better for me than 3, my motivation for dieting and exercise slowly rising, and I’m genuinely noticing that I like my body more (I think it’s just a self perception shift though because I’m not seeing any changes - or they are just too subtle for me to notice)
Will try to make a jump to 8 min of LotS. I consider myself to be quite advanced when it comes to correct dieting and training so I think I’m good with running longer loops of LotS
Yet with money, I’ve got a ton of things to work through, so Mogul is at such low listening duration compared to LotS. And all of that even with running EOG, and Emperor, and other subs for quite some time lol. The future is bright though, I’m definitely successfully building my foundation with it.
