I wonder if the biggest cause of wealth recon for me is lack of productivity to work as much as I should

I am quite productive, but not as productive as I’d like to be at this stage of life, half of my day is still wasted on pretty useless activities (not the cheapest entertainment like porn or reels, thank god, but it still is wasted on stuff like reading fictional books, walking with music, etc.) and not on actual work

also had a nap today, very vivid and weird, regarding finances. Something is being worked on

But also doubting myself a lot. Feeling like a child in adult world, so to speak. Like, there are these adults who run big businesses, work productively, have fun, solve “real” problems, while I’m just peeking from behind the door, not understanding what’s going on despite trying my hardest and not even feeling like I’m allowed to be here overall

Very weird, and no idea what to do about it at the moment. Continuing my washout

3rd day of washout, feeling great and productive

guess I need more rest days after all, I thought MWF would be enough but seems it’s not

I think I’ll drop KB for now and will try ECC + RICH, 1 day on 3 days off. I always end up in recon, thinking I’m not in recon and there’s just something wrong with me and that’s why I’m not productive

Day 1 - ECC + RICH (7s)

I decided that right now, my cycles will be 10 listening days, with at least 2 rest days inbetween listening days. I can’t handle one full cycle, and I always slip into recon without noticing it

I’ll be listening to subs before bed, and if I have a productivity drop, I’m cutting down to 5s (insane lol)

That is my biggest problem with these subs - listen a bit too much and lose all productivity. Idk why my nervous system is reacting this way but all I can do is adjust listening duration

Each washout is extremely insightful though.

recon at 7s. Very fatigued all day and can’t focus on anything

what the hell. Just how little do I have to listen to feel good, or what should I do to reduce this recon, I’m out of ideas at this point

build up from 1s? lol
use Emperor Executive to improve executive functions and productivity to at least work through this fatigue?
switch to other titles? which?

Wash out for 5 days and try rebuilding your foundation. A solo run of GLM or Summertime is a good place to start.

It’s the first loop after 5d of washout, also I run GLM for 3 months not that long ago

@AnswerGroup would really love to hear your input on this

Now answer honestly, are you doing other practices? Energy practices could be affecting this.

No, nothing except subliminals and just working on achieving my goals (which are wealth and fitness at the moment)

I did listen Khan Black before but the thing is, I had similar problem with GLM too (without using KB), so KB isn’t a culprit. Saint said that around the time anti recon tech was introduced, titles also jumped in scale.

I get results but this recon is seriously messing with my life. So not sure what to do at this point but current ideas are:

  • build up from 1s loops
  • switch stack to easier subs. While my goals are aligned with ECC, I understand that there’s a lot to work through, so maybe I should use OG Emperor for some time
  • Try Emperor Executive, in the hopes that it can help me work while under this recon

Might as well, lol.

That’s kinda what I did with WB for 3 months.
I kept going back down to 3s whenever I reached 8s, until it “clicked” and I could use more than 8s without recon.

Tried and tested.

I also used a lot of washouts & extra rest days back then, maybe it won’t be necessary with the new tech. But you should consider this if it’s still too hard.

I did what @Benny suggested in another thread - listen to a longer loop, so I did 7 min of ECC and RICH

And I actually feel good today. I’m taking 2+ days off now so we’ll see. If his recommendation doesn’t work, I guess I’ll be building up from 1s but so far I’m full of hope

I’m so smart

That works too.

In my experience, and from what I observe from my friends, the recon kinda gets buried with more exposure, making it more bearable, but it increases the subtle recon, stuff you don’t realise can affect your performance & stability.

But if it works for you, then go for it. That’s what my friend prefers too and they’re doing great.

Once you go for a longer loops you can come back down to micro looping as you understand the later context of what’s coming

well, I guess as long as my productivity doesn’t suffer, I can cope with this subtle recon. Because otherwise I’m just laying in bed all day and barely take any action lol

today is better than yesterday though, so it’s good for now

yeah, I think I’ll try 7min loops but 3-5 rest days between them for now and if I’m not satisfied with results/recon, then I’ll try microloops once again

love these wisdom bits from Skadoosh:

honestly makes me re-think a ton about my life lol, even though I’m not watching that much anime/tv series/movies anymore, I’m still an avid reader, and for the past couple of years, I’ve only been reading stuff where main character is in some sort of cruel hard world, they are struggling to survive, etc. lol

It’s actually so extreme that I can’t remember any positive movie/book/tv series that I consumed in the last like 5 years lmao

Yeah, I used to be like that 3 years ago. Lmao.

I’ve switched to the relativist approach because it’s the most aligned way. So basically, use your own discernment and intuition about what to read or watch.

As you grow in your direction, you’ll start filtering and losing interest in things while gaining interest in other things.

For example: You might binge-watch a TV drama, and once you start growing you might think “man, this show is nonsense”. You might stop watching it. But you came to the conclusion yourself - you didn’t do it because someone said “hey, this show is nonsense… stop watching it”. You’ll start filtering automatically as a natural process of growing.
