Since this is a KHAN journal I might as well share reflections on the impact that total breakdown had on me, even though the last time I ran, it was nine months ago

It was the sub that helped me stop suppressing my lack of fulfilment in my relationship

That has been documented elsewhere…

I just didn’t have the best day today, and it made me realize how different a bad day feels now compared to a year ago when I was in my relationship

Since breaking up with my partner, in multiple areas of life, I feel like I get to be much more honest and authentic with myself and others, including her

Especially related to bad days.

I remember breaking up with her, being sad that we broke up, and wishing that her and I could cuddle because I always feel much happier when I cuddle with her.

Then I remembered the truth, that if I had bad days more than a couple of times a month she would get annoyed and tell me to get my shit together

And I watched some porn today, I’m not even ashamed of that, it’s a very infrequent thing for me

But I remember having to hide that from her… not even present porn use, I never really watch porn while dating her…

I even needed to lie about past porn use , the idea of any man ever watching porn, and not being extremely ashamed of that was abhorrent to her.

So I lost either way. A lot of the time, I was willing to start a fight if it meant, I had to be honest. Authenticity is important to me. But a lot of times I didn’t think it was worth it, and would lie or hide a part of myself in some major way

Now I watch porn on my regular Google Chrome browser, I stay logged in, I don’t go into incognito mode , I don’t even delete the search history. I’ve got nothing to be ashamed about and it feels good.

If I had to pick one it would be Primal. It will add an element of fun to the whole trip.

I’ve been listening to Emperor, and it has radically shifted my views on sex and dating.

Looking back at how I spent my time from December until now, I honestly feel like I wasted it.

And I think this is the essence of what building a foundation is all about…

I didn’t get any recon from stage two…

I accomplished the objective, a.k.a. God, tear levels of sexual attraction very quickly…

So was I ready for KHAN?

I think not.

Now that I’m running emperor, I look back on my time running KHAN and think to myself it could’ve been better spent. I think to myself that if I had really built up a more solid empire first than I would have gotten to enjoy the fruit of KHAN more fully.

The women would have been higher quality. Polarizing confidence in myself would have been grounded in genuinely massive accomplishments, not just confident in my sexuality and in my social skills.

Confidence in the present version of you, and confidence in the future version of you, they’re both great…

But I now believe that a true KHAN is confident because of his past self

An emperor (running emperor) builds an empire, leveraging himself. That is a reflection of the present moment building the future.

A conqueror, though, leverage is his past to improve his present moment.

He uses the armies he’s built, the cities he’s overthrown, the loyalties he’s formed, all of them, to increase the present moment domain of his kingdom.

The difference between an emperor building, his empire and a conqueror ruling the world is that a conqueror, unlike an emperor, would never devastate his current kingdom in the hopes of building a bigger one…

For me, I would have liked a long time building an empire on emperor before using that to level up and conquer on Khan

No, good question, but I executed stage two nearly flawlessly… and I had run two cycles of stage one and two cycles of KB ST1 as well. Just not immediately before starting stage two, but that combined with two or three years of house of Medici, and ascended Mogul was more than enough, combined with my natural temperament

Think about this more poetically for a second. Maybe this is the art of war scripting in me… I did drastically change the sub subliminals that I wanted to listen to after art of war

But really how can a man conquer somebody else’s kingdom if he hasn’t established his own. One man cannot slay an army.

How can a man marry the most beautiful queen of the most prosperous kingdom if he is not at least already the Lord of a lesser one?

How can a man conquer anything if he has not conquered himself?

KHAN did a perfect job of viewing the essence of a conqueror in me, but what is a conqueror without a kingdom.

What is a kingdom without a benevolent emperor?

What is an emperor without an empire?

Well said. Since the same sub could theoretically give infinite progress, it could only work with that it already has. It also makes sense that using Art of war, you would view subs as armaments which have a time and place

I come to this conclusion every time I focus on romance/seduction titles. Dating and women are simply not a rewarding focus if you aren’t where you want to be financially. That said, I think there is still value in running titles like Khan, or Primal, given the right circumstances, but it tends to take a lot of conscious guidance and willpower on those titles to keep your energy going to the right place.

I think its a matter of direction, intention, and stack.

I ran Emperor for 3 years and found it very beneficial but created so much friction in my life-at least at the time.

Khan is amazing, for quality of life, attraction yes, but the value to me is the ambition, choice of who I become, and worthiness to get there. Friday (no tag because he doesn’t interact here anymore) talked about it being really a self development sub over anything else and I couldn’t agree more.

I have found Khan and every Alpha sub including ASBR reaches a point where I need internal healing to grow OR the results ‘hide’ the pain/immaturity I need to grow from.

My results have been so strong for my goals these last few years (The way @Jouissance results were strong initially on Khan Stage 2 ) that its hid my immaturities/areas where I needed to grow. Even as much better as my life is, in a way these immaturities still hold me back from my absolute greatness, immaturities/areas I ignored because of my success. I find Khan Stage 1 even just a week helped SOOO much with resetting the stage for Khan Stage 2 and every other sub.

Emperor and Khan are both about ambitioun and creation but Khan is fueled off dominance and sexuality and Emperor off drive, intelligence, absolute focus, and sovereignty. If you can’t wield dominance and sexuality towards work/entrepreneurship Khan it is not the best sub for creation of wealth, work, or Empires. If you can’t temper sovereignty to serve authority for the sake of greater growth or be in a position to be fully independent Emperor won’t work fully (my issue with it previously)

I always wanted to add Khan and failed because off recon, couldn’t calibrate with sales, or couldn’t steer it towards wealth/career/entrepreneurship focus. Now it seems one of the most powerful tools for those things over anything else. Running Stage 1 definitely helped this. I always hit a point where I feel like a boy in an ill fitting suit on Khan, or everything is off, then back to stage 1 before proceeding.

(It’s possible my experience on Emperor would be vastly different now, on ZP and different life stage)

Emperor is certainly more fundamental than Khan in my opinion though

This whole conversation has been really beautiful thank you to everybody who is contributing to this, I’m really appreciating your guys’s insight.

I’m reminded of a comment that I made very early on in this thread that I would never be able to fully express the KHAN objectives until I ran ecstasy of gold

That was the first sign that what I really needed was emperor.

A massive masculinity boost, but with more focussed on wealth than sexuality, but we still developing both sides

Really it’s emperor that will help me unlock all of the KHAN objective… emperor, and the executive

The combination of the two is driving deep change in me

Emperor is like a condensed version of KHAN and ecstasy of gold rolled into one

And the executive is doing an incredible job of healing not just the ADHD, and it’s literally healing the ADHD…

But it’s also healing a lot of the shame that surrounds my life regarding ADHD

I know it’s healing shame because I’m more consciously feeling shame

Today I was catching up on tasks that I previously procrastinated on, and even as I was completing the task, a lot of shame was coming up for the fact that I was in catch up mode instead of ahead…

The first step to healing an emotion is feeling an emotion. Even though it’s not pleasant.

ADHD related stuff is at the root of a lot of the issues that I experienced both financially and sexually. I can be the most attractive person in the world, but going on a third date and getting lost, we’re getting my wallet, being stressed out from a day of procrastinating, and being unable to be present… those are seriously unattractive traits

I’m not proud enough of my ADHD and how that affects my work to be totally honest about it, so I’m sacrificing connection

So yeah… Emperor and the executive are definitely the foundation that I need in order to be able to run KHAN and the ecstasy of gold and fully express all of those objectives

Has anyone ran emperor for a significant period of time and then added in wanted black (or maybe Wanted) as the supplementary seduction subliminal?

I started thinking about the combination upon reflecting about how KHAN and emperor express seduction differently…

KHAN is very sexual and seduction focussed in its mindset… Wanting to approach every hot girl, etc., while emperor is really about building an attractive empire that makes somebody want to be the queen of that kingdom, and who is attracted to you because of the strength of character it took to build that kingdom, on top of the kingdom itself

My point being, on emperor, I’m very seductive, but I never spend time thinking about women. On KHAN I think about women constantly.

Doesn’t want black fit that arche type more of leaning back and letting the women who want to be the queen of your kingdom make their bid?

I’m thinking that wanted black may fit with emperor perfectly as a way to keep the emperor mentality in its pristine purity while manifesting more opportunities.

But is there anyone who’s run that in practice and has insights into the vibe it creates?

I’ve been testing out ROTNW/PS without Khan and they’re simply not effective.

(EDIT: Not AS effective without Khan as their foundation)

They were boosters that were built off the foundation of Khan.

This conversation has led to a pretty good insight.

If I want seduction results on top of Emperor… if I want to go out to party… attract a girl, go on a date, cold approach, WHATEVER…

Just a 30s microloop of Khan ST2 will be enough to activate more sexuality scripting for 24-72 hours.

(Still untested as of yet but I’m 85% confident in that mechanism, if not the exact timing of loop/effects.)

I don’t think ive ran them together, if I have it wasn’t for long probably because of density. Seems like they’d go together perfect though once you adjust and can tolerate it. Archetype wise I think lines up well, now that I think about it, I think WB would go well with most titles as it is probably the closest to “passive attraction”.

Can I ask, would you feel Emperor Executive would lay the same foundation as Emperor?

I am running through TB right now and am approaching the end of the second cycle. It has been more brutal the second cycle compared to the first but it is doing its job.

Wondering whether to move onto St2 or try Emperor/Emperor Executive for a bit

Just to clarify, you’re asking if the executive would lay the foundation for KHAN?

I would say no… Not really… Executive would actually have some benefits that would help KHAN but it would be more supplementary, not foundational. The anti recon module is in the executive, but not emperor, so that might help with KHAN

(Actually I think the anti recon module isn’t in the executive yet, but will be added soon)

Emperor is about holistic, masculinity, and using personal character, drive, resilient, ambition, etc., and especially a new found sense of belief in yourself and a commitment to living up to your ultimate potential to fully accomplishing the maximum that you can accomplish in every category of your life…

The executive, while it also focusses on fully accomplishing the maximum that you can accomplish in every category of your life, does so purely from a mental discipline, executive functioning, organization and prioritization standpoint.

So on paper, no, the executive doesn’t build a foundation for KHAN. There are sexual and masculinity and physical, shifting and dominance and social and manifestation related components that are found in KHAN and in emperor, but not in the executive

But that doesn’t mean the executive isn’t important for KHAN

Conqueror can’t roll out of bed at 9:30 in the morning and deliver a lacklustre speech to his troops because he didn’t prepare the night beforehand

A conqueror can’t be a conqueror if he isn’t consumed by drive and a burning obsession to win that manifest itself as relentless action

I’m at the point where I want to make fixing my body language and movement patterns a TOP priority.

I know this is a Khan thread but I’m just posting it here because it is the most relevant of my title/journals and I know a lot of good people read this :slightly_smiling_face:

If you could pick ANY, what would you pick as a title that would be most effective at this?

WB? LOTS? khan? Emperor? Other?

Not just standing, but also fluidity of movement and confidence with movement
