You used to listen full 15 min loops in the past without heavy recon, but atm, you’re testing if shorter loops are more effective to reach your goals?
Me to, recently I started kinesiological testing before listening to subs to reach the best amount of exposure.
Listening to your intuition is a very good practice if you’ve established a good connection to your subconscious. Kinesiology is a tool I learned for my coaching practice. It gets super exact results. But when I’m working with myself, I often know even before I test what the answer will be. Working with others, it’s not reliable yet, but it’s getting better. Especially, if I have a connection with the other person.
