I get it.
I spotted the pattern.
Every time I use LBFH, the day after it I always feel like I’m in a different state, one that doesn’t feel as “relaxed”.
Then on the second rest day (I use 2 rest days), I feel that usual total relaxation I’ve been talking about for the past month. It has gone to the point as if going directly to relaxation is my default.
I understand now why I didn’t notice this before when I was using 1 rest day every 1 listening day.
I need that extra rest day with LBFH.
On the 5 day time period that I don’t listen to LBFH, I still maintain the relaxation even when I listen to EE + HeO in the middle.
I made the right call with using 2 rest days every 1 listening day. I need that extra day to integrate.
Update 1: Direct Path
This is a hot take, but now that I’ve seen the extent of how much one has direct access to relaxation, I think most “relaxation techniques” out there are unnecessarily convoluted.
It’s like going the long way around, while we already have a short & direct line to immediate relaxation in the first place.
It’s always there, always open to us no matter what.
Nothing blocks it; anything that does is a hidden programmed illusion.
Once you get it, it’s also easier to help other people realise it.
I’ve been helping the people around me see it for themselves. How their mind puts up lies trying to keep the tension, and how their body can still reach regulation on its own, even with overwhelming illusions.
The strength of LBFH is about making it a part of my life; it cuts short the part where I have to drill & remind myself about it. Everything in me is directing me towards regulation.
A technique to reach relaxation has its place & time, but realising the direct connection we have to immediate relaxation is also important. Sometimes the technique is to just relax.
Update 2: Sleep
My sleep has never been easier.
I could go from wide awake to sleep in no time at all.
The relaxation from LBFH is that good.
Turns out releasing all unnecessary tension and the gripping towards it also translates well to sleep
