Today I started a trial of a CBT app (bloom). It helped me to get out of procrastinating too much. In the morning I called an illness day at work because I don’t work at the moment because of procrastination.
Tomorrow I will work for a half day and hope to finally get things done.

I did listen to emperor today. I hope it helps with procrastination. Executive doesn’t seem to help me at the moment.

So I will work with CBT exercises against this depression.

I don’t think it is just reconciliation.

I think it’s winter depression.

I’ve found a device like this helpful during winter. There might be older versions that might be available and cost less.

Interesting. I have a similar lamp, but I am not certain if it is the same as BLU Light Therapy.

Currently, I am doing what my therapist told me against depression: socializing and meaningful work. I still need to get the physical exercise.

I feel inspired to run Chosen QZP when it comes out. Also, I am thinking about how to introduce family members to subliminals. Intriguing times.

Depression is lifted at the moment.

So, I listened to my love custom this morning. Now I will listen to RICH UV2.
I have 20 Euro left for the weekend… this is not so good.
I hope my salary will be there on monday.
I have to think about getting more money. And to learn to not spend so much.
I am not sure if RICH helps with that.

Rich seemed to have worked. Scrambled together 100 euro for the weekend, 50 euro lent and 50 euro as a gift.

Today I am listening to my love custom.

Yesterday I met a woman I could fall in love with. Something that didn’t happen to me for a long time. I am excited and scared at the same time. And hope to see her again soon. I should probably wait a bit and ask her for a date. Ahh

I guess I saw my ex on the train today.
She looks older and not really attractive anymore. I felt sad for her.

Maybe it wasn’t her, but I see it as a sign that my heart is finally ready to give this relationship up.

After 9 years of being solo I might get in a new relationship at one point in the near future.

I love your comments nowadays.
In the past I was secretly angered by some of your ignorant comments about spirituality. But I think we both have grown since than thanks to subliminal club. And you probably had bad recon and I maybe too.

Your sharp sense of humor makes me laugh. Great quality. Even if you don’t like socialism eh socialising.

Chosen or Sage Immortal QZP?

That’s my dilemma. I want to avoid running too much in the beginning.
So, why not start with “Chosen” as many people will try that one, and we can share experiences?
Also, it has been tested already, and Sage Immortal can be tested by others :smiley:

On the other hand, “Spirituality” was an important topic from the time I was very young. It was like someone was teaching me lessons I couldn’t understand at the time and the dots are suddenly put together. Sage Immortal could boost that.

Meanwhile, I don’t need a booster for my spiritual practices. I have to have something else. Mundane action and stopping to be indecisive.

I have a big guess: The Chosen is a decisive leader. And that will help me out of that dilemma.

Sage Immortal or Alchemist QZP can be added at a later point in my timeline.

Plus, I am certain that I can run my QV2 customs as a stack with QZP. I have two great customs. One with Heartsong plus lots of love. And one with Dare devil, inner circle, pcc and lots of fame.

Heartsong is mandatory for my journey, if possible I will add the newer one with DD/IC/PCC too.

Lol I am thinking now about this:

Wanted ZP / Chosen ZP / Heartsong QV2 Custom

I like it better because the DD/IC/PCC custom might be too much of QV2 titles. I am not sure about that.

I also thought about LIMITLESS ZP and SAGE IMMORTAL ZP.

Why now WANTED? Because I am overweight and that’s unhealthy and I want to change it.
