Mine from 4/8 still hasn’t been answered. Probably something with the new system since I sent one in on the old one earlier that week and got a response within a day.

@SaintSovereign i can see the statis of my order is complete 2031660 usually i get a link to download the file. However its not been recieved i checked spam its not there either.

Reading all the above posts, I think they are dealing with some major technical issue with the Support or something related to that. Maybe too many tickets.
