Hi, it’s been over 2 weeks since i posted this ticket now #33722.

Is there something wrong with my ticket i don’t understand why it takes so long to reply.

The custom has already been delivered just as a update but I paid express guaranteed and it didn’t get delivered by the next business day (it got delivered 2 days later instead since I ordered it).
