I reopened Ticket #33997, but didn’t receive an email. Just making sure you guys are aware that it was reopened.
I orderd a custom #2031242 last sunday. Any chance of getting it before next weekday?

The custom has already been delivered just as a update but I paid express guaranteed and it didn’t get delivered by the next business day (it got delivered 2 days later instead since I ordered it).
