I placed an order for a name embedded, I received two different emails with the download link, are they both fine or was the 1st one not fine? Also lmk if you’re available for the custom we discussed.

Is there something wrong with my ticket i don’t understand why it takes so long to reply.
I reopened Ticket #33997, but didn’t receive an email. Just making sure you guys are aware that it was reopened.
