Hi i have sent a reply in the ticket
The ticket has been closed but I am not sure if it is being processed already, as I haven’t received anything yet. I can’t check myself since this request isn’t tied to my orders account.
Speaking of which, I am also waiting for Regeneration Custom that I ordered on October 22nd. #2030574
It still says that it is processing.
My guess is that your Q machines are absolutely overloaded with orders right now.
Checking again. We’re down a Q machine and I’m guessing there’s a routing issue. We’re going to try and get this taken care of by the end of the day.

Wanted to notify you that I still haven’t heard anything regarding that custom yet.
However, I was thankfully sent the Regeneration custom before last weekend.
Just wondering what happened to the other one.
