@SaintSovereign Hi I have sent in a support ticket (#32391) requesting module change in my custom major title (#2030686). The reason I am mentioning it here so that it reaches the support before my custom is built. Again I apologise from my side for this as it is my fault and it only adds to your burden.

Did you get your tickets answered or customs delivered that are more than 5 business days overdue?
If not, once again, post the date you entered it, and the number, and if it’s a custom or ticket?
In my case, I closed the ticket. I recieved my custom so it was late for a module swap - besides, I am ok with my custom.
My ticket #32116, is taking forever to be handled. I submitted it October 16th.

It’s always been between 5 and 10 days for me but some people seem to wait a lot longer.
