Sorry to bother you again, but has this come through yet?
For reference, this was ticket ID #32121, which you closed, but I haven’t received anything since then.

Hi, my ticket has still not been replied too and it has been a month since i submited it.

We’re working on tickets exclusively today. My apologies for the delay, but we’re finally catching up from the WANTED release and things will run much smoother.

I’m not sure what the miscommunication was (on our end), but I fired up one of the Q-machines and processed it myself. You should be receiving it shortly. Apologies for the delay.

@SaintSovereign Hi I have sent in a support ticket (#32391) requesting module change in my custom major title (#2030686). The reason I am mentioning it here so that it reaches the support before my custom is built. Again I apologise from my side for this as it is my fault and it only adds to your burden.

My next cycle starts on 23rd Nov, I hope to have this custom to listen on 23rd Nov. Thank you

Did you get your tickets answered or customs delivered that are more than 5 business days overdue?

If not, once again, post the date you entered it, and the number, and if it’s a custom or ticket?

In my case, I closed the ticket. I recieved my custom so it was late for a module swap - besides, I am ok with my custom.

My ticket #32116, is taking forever to be handled. I submitted it October 16th.

How long usually to get a response on a ticket? Like the acceptable timeframe and all?

It’s always been between 5 and 10 days for me but some people seem to wait a lot longer.
