It was yesterday @RVconsultant, it’s about a mistake with the major custom I received. It’s all in the support message.
I sent mine six days ago.
Now the Support is showing:
Error establishing a database connection

That doesn’t work for what I’m asking them in the ticket. Can you please notify them of the ticket and custom as soon as you can?

Give it 5 business days.
Give it another 2 business days.

I’m guessing whatever the issue is might be private for you.
I’m also going to guess the support ticket is about wanting to change the custom. Even if my guesses are wrong, I will elaborate.
To everyone: Entering a custom and then a support ticket to request a change has an unknown chance of succeeding. Likely only a small chance. It’s been general policy that when you enter a custom order, that is it. Changing it, if it can be done, is a very kind and unexpected event. When you design a custom, before entering it, please consider setting it aside for a few days (perhaps even a week), and then look at it again and give it some more thought before ordering it.
Now @Golgo13 about what I’m going to do. There are some minor snow storms here that I’m now going to go deal with. Then I’m going to make myself some tea. Then I’m going to contact support about your request.
I’m here to help if I can. Unfortunately given the implied urgency of your request and the possible reason for the request, I don’t know if the outcome will be to your liking because they might not get to your ticket or custom fast enough, even if I entered it 18 hours ago.
