PLEASE READ: Cannot Change Modules After Purchase

As we approach the completion of the “full automation” project, starting today, we can no longer switch out modules once the order is placed for any reason. We’ve never actually allowed it, but went ahead and did it when asked. It’s a nightmare to have to switch modules – it’s not as easy as clicking a few buttons. We have to shut down the queue, rebuild the order, place it back in the queue, etc. and now it’s becoming quite the hassle and putting us behind. That being said, the full automation process won’t allow for it anyway, since the only time a human will intervene in the build process is when it fails and at the end of the day when doing a check to make sure all the orders went out.

If you need help with building a custom, please message support or place a thread here – but unfortunately, we won’t be able to change them after the order is placed.
